   Following on from a recommendation, we initially rang David with our requirements and then visited the showroom a few days later after getting such positive feedback. There was no pressure at any time and the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly which is important when you are about to part with a considerable amount of cash, and all the problems we had, with regards to size, comfort and practicality were ironed out by David as though we were the most important customers that had ever walked through the door. We eventually took his advice and decided on a quality mattress at a much lower price than we would have paid at the big name stores. As a bonus, we also opted for a headboard at a special discounted price so are very satisfied customers. Delivery was a couple of weeks later with a very difficult curved staircase to cope with. No problems at all and bed duly assembled with removal of the old one all included. No hidden extras at all and the bed has lived up to all our expectations. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bedlam for excellent service all round.

   David and his team are lovely, helpful, and very patient. We ordered a new mattress for our 93yr old Aunt and it came quickly and was delivered by David and Joe who also disposed of the old one. Excellent communication and an easy service. Thank you!

   Had driven past Bedlam on many occasions, and when it came to time to buy a new bed, after being quoted outrageous prices at Dreams, I thought we should pop in to see what the local independent business had to offer. We were greeted by David who listened to our needs and didn't push or hurry us at all whilst we tried and retried a selection of very comfortable mattresses. In the end we settled on a much more expensive mattress than we'd originally planned, but it was just perfect. When delivery day came round a few weeks later (this was a made to order mattress!) the delivery men were extremely friendly, and helpful. Then disaster struck! We couldn't fit the mattress up the stairs! I had made a massive mistake! The delivery men and I had a good go at it but we just couldn't bend it enough. A phone call later and David arrives to save the day. Between the 4 of us we got it up the stairs undamaged and I now have a perfect new bed and mattress, and look forward to a great many years of comfort from it. Can you imagine getting that level of customer service from any high street retailer? I think not. Thankyou to David and the delivery men for saving the day and delivering quality and kindness and a great night's sleep!

   Fantastic service from Bedlam. There was a good range of products and the owner is very helpful in working out your needs. I had specific size and colour preferences which were all met. Delivery wasn't too long and the guys who brought it in and assembled it were super careful. The prices are comparable I think to the Big stores but I can't imagine getting better service anywhere.

   Received a warm welcome, and asked specifics about what we wanted from a bed. We tried a few mattresses and there was no rush or pressure to buy. We settled on one and placed an order. We expected it to be a few weeks due to Easter holidays, but it arrived within 11 days which was a welcomed surprise. Delivery was smooth and efficient, delivery team were polite and friendly. Old mattress was taken away along with all the packaging if the new one. Perfect from start to finish! Definitely recommend Bedlam Beds.

   Bought an absolutely fantastic mattress from these guys. They kept me informed of delivery, and even pushed for early delivery as I was kipping on an air bed at the time. Can't fault them. Much better than the corporate big boys. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
