   My low star rating is not a reflection of the funeral flowers delivered but the service received. I called from overseas due to the passing of my aunt in Scotland. During the call, there was some behavior that was inappropriate but I let it pass as the lady apologised. However, the next morning I received a receipt and details of a complete stranger's funeral message to their loved one which should not have happened. Then the person I spoke to said that she couldn't find my order and then after a delay read out a message from another family member, not mine. I was then asked to call back in half an hour. This was now late at night for me. When I called back, I was told that the flowers had been delivered. Had I received at least a one line email apology for the stress caused during such a difficult time, I would not have written this review.

   I ordered some flowers for a dear friend who lives a long way from me. There was lots of choice on line and all looked beautiful. I chose the strawberry gift box as my friend likes tennis and Wimbledon like me. She was absolutely thrilled with them which made both of us very happy. I would certainly recommend their flowers.

   Flowers delivered by Ann Banff via Interflora on Friday 10 May 2024. These photos were taken on Sunday 12 May 2024. I live in Australia and always use Interflora to deliver flowers to my family in Scotland, however, this is the most disgraceful flowers I’ve ever seen for almost $100! I would have given NO stars, but I was unable to submit the review without selecting at least one!

   I arrived with my immediate need for flowers just as the wholesale delivery was coming in. When I explained my unusual requirements and why I was in a hurry Ann and her team set to. I was soon leaving with my flowers, half of which were carried to my car by Stephanie. The flowers were both beautiful and in top condition. The service was exceptional. Thank you all. SN.

   Great great fast service.My step daughter who came in from Finland last night for her father's funeral needed some funeral flowers as a memorial for her dad.Ann Baff flowers were the only florist in the area to do it at such short notice and beautifully too. Will recommend. 100%
