Great service and help while choosing a sofa but horrendous after care service and impossible to contact. Left numerous messages with customer services and not given any call back by store.
DFS sold me a sofa under a clear “14-day express delivery” promise — yet weeks later I’m still waiting. The tracking kept changing, no one informed me of delays, and customer service refused escalation. Their reply was just excuses: “still express compared to 12 weeks for this range.” That is not what was advertised. Misleading advertising, wasted time and money, and no proper solution even after I had to email CEO Tim Stacey and COO Nick Smith. Avoid DFS — buy elsewhere
I wish I can give you 0 star . Bad customer service ever . This store has 2 man worked there and they all ignored us . Every time I need to ask something I need go to find them to ask ( no another customers in there ) even they just sat there and do nothing. They don’t want to serve you . I think this store need professional staff to work there.
Please avoid DFS. You're better off with a sofa from Marketplace. Almost a year in, we regret buying from here. The quality is sub par for what you pay. Just don't do it!
I have ordered a coffee table very expensive one. I'm was surprised today. They sent me a second hand one with a lot of damage. How is possible something like that?
I originally went into the Cribbs Causeway store and was ignored to the point where I was sat on a sofa trying to order it online! I failed to navigate the website so went to the Longwell green store. The service was amazing. I returned late at night to view again and was not in any way felt rushed even though the store was about to close. The staff were extremely welcoming and I felt at ease throughout the whole process. My sofa was delivered around 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The service from the delivery guys was also excellent and consistent with the feeling of ease I experienced in the store. There is nothing throughout the whole process which could have been better. I have and will continue to recommend this store. The whole process was 100% faultless.
Victor is a superstar! Fantastic experience at this store every time we visit, this is mainly down to Victor! The store is bright, clean, well laid out and not cluttered at all with plenty of space for wheelchair users too. The quality of the furniture is high but great value for money at the same time. There is plenty of off street parking including disabled bays right outside the door but beware that there are strict parking restrictions that can land you with a fine as the car park is privately owned. Victor is an expert in his field, he has worked in this industry for many years and also this store for as long as I can remember! What Victor doesn’t know about furniture and customer service isn’t worth knowing! He is always polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, patient and not at all pushy which is so refreshing these days! There’s not many great people like Victor left in the sales industry I’m afraid, so I would definitely recommend dealing with him without hesitation. You will be in safe hands.

Wonderful customer service by the sales manager, Victor, who was very welcoming without the typical 'salesy' approach. He boasts a wide range of knowledge when it comes to the products and explained everything to us clearly. We're looking forward to our new sofa and understand that there might a delay in the estimated delivery time given all that is going on in the world!
