   Absolutely 5 stars. We walked in the store with almost no plan on what we wanted only that we needed some new mattresses for our new home with spare bedrooms our last one didn’t have After a few minutes of walking around the brislington store we were casually approached by Jennifer. She was clear and polite. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made me and my partner Chloe feel very relaxed and comfortable. We were educated on what type of mattress and pillow setup we needed for our sleeping style. We spoke about our budget where Jennifer explained all of our choices. We purchased two mattresses from the sale and even arranged a delivery that would suit our completion date. Great experience at dreams brislington, Thankyou Jennifer

   Jennifer greeted me when I first came in to do some research into buying a new mattress. She was absolutely charming and so knowledgeable. When I came back with my partner to buy a mattress, Zach helped us and was so helpful. His service was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Their manager of the store (forgotten his name sorry) was also incredibly helpful and lovely when we spoke with him at the end of the process. Thank you to the whole team who made a laborious and overwhelming task an absolute pleasure!

   The team at Dreams in Brislington were excellent. From the moment we walked in the door they were helpful & knowledgeable [but not at all pushy]. Dan walked us through the assessment and found out as much as possible about how we slept and what we wanted. We tried multiple beds, multiple times, with 'test' pillows. If we need another bed for the kids, or spare room we will not hesitate to return. Thanks to all involved, great service.

   I called in to Dreams-Brislington late November early December looking for a mattress. I spoke to an assistant who new what she was talking about. Prices were a bit expensive for me. She took my details and said that she would give me a ring after Xmas if something came in what I was looking for in my price range. Low and behold its the 29th of December and she called to let me know that there's a nice mattress in my price range. Outstanding I have to say. How professional. Delighted I really am. Thank you.

   We went in late and was served by Jen , we explained what we needed/wanted , she listened to our needs and set us on on the sleep machine , from this advised us of the mattress that was best for our sleep. She offered us water , built up or purchase and was very knowledgeable on the products . Jen wasn’t pushy and allowed us to go away and have a think . We returned the next morning and we bought our new bed Jen was on hand to assist us again . She is amazing one of the best customer service experiences I have had .
