Today i bought a mattress i was seen by Sophie who was very helpful first we went on the bed tester and then she showed me the mattresses that were compatible for me it didn't take long before I found my perfect mattress Sophie was very professional explaining everything to detail she was very friendly offering me a drink and she sorted me out with new pillows and a mattress protector too. Store was super helpful. Spent loads of time with us to make sure that we chose the right mattress for us. Was patient and understanding of our needs and made sure we were happy with our choice. Coukd not fault the customer service, it was amazing.
Big shout out to Sophie in the Filton shop. She has great product knowledge and helped us understand the different options on mattresses given technology changes since we last bought one! Helpful and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions. Hopefully our new mattress will help with the sleep issues I have whilst making sure my husband also has his sleep pattern catered for. She then helped us to find the suggested products in store and gave us plenty of space to try them without feeling under pressure to buy. It was really good shopping experience!
I have just recently bought a new double bed and mattress form the Filton Branch of Dreams and Sophie and her team were brilliant. I had already looked at the website beforehand, so vaguely knew what I was looking for/wanted and that helped greatly with the sort of questions that I was able to ask I was offered a complementary coffee and declined but did take advantage of the bed testing machine. Delivery date was booked and also assembly was required - I was rung early in the morning with an approximate time and Dan & Adam were spot on and arrived and assemble the bed without any problems (taking almost 1/2 the time it would have taken me!!) and took all the rubbish away which was great (there is the offer of taking the old bed away if needed - at a charge, and cheaper and easier than getting the council to take it away!!) Pillows were given and as I do not have a car these were delivered by courier without any questions/ problem's and have been received too Would well recommend - but do your homework first -0 the website is there to help get ideas of what you might want and also when it comes to delivery help the people by ensuring that the space is clear for them to work Would recommend
Friendly staff, I was encouraged to try the bed matching machine and it was spot on. The beds are a little pricey but you really get what you pay for! Very satisfied with the whole experience, even enjoyed a complimentary latte during my visit. Would definitely recommend.
Bought a mattress late last year and was very happy with the service from Sophie and the team. Mattress has been a great success. Definitely need to invest in new LED lighting as it looks so dark and unwelcoming from the street. I thought the shop was closed on first inspection.
