   Visited the store looking for swivel bar stools for our new kitchen. Lee Hulbert showed us various options. We appreciated being left to our own devices to decide on our favourite. Really impressed with the Casa brand. Great comfortable stool with adjustable height, a modern look and competitive price in a gorgeous pewter grey. Highly recommended.

   Outstanding customer service from Ali in the lighting department of Leekes in Melksham. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted but through careful questioning and understanding our needs, we left with a wonderful ceiling light and matching lamp. The lamp needed to be ordered but was in for collection within 24hours. Superb service and thank you Ali! So professional and so knowledgeable! We will be back!

   Excellent shopping experience a few weeks ago when we visited to look for a mattress. Glenn was so helpful. Not only did he explain the attributes of the various styles, giving us plenty of time to try many of them, but even drew up a pros and cons list that we could consider while having a cup of coffee. After a week of using the mattress, we think we made a good choice. And thanks to the cafe staff who stayed open long enough to serve us, and to a lovely lady in the shoe department who encouraged me to wear a pair of boots while I was in the shop to make sure I was happy with them. We shall be happy to return, knowing you have such excellent staff to help us.

   It's a massive shop, but seemed empty and with loads of sale signs. Prices are average. Some items seems quite expensive, but I bought my house paint cheaper then in other shops. It has a lot of choice and looks like they have a lot off great items. I made my order online so I used click and collect system, which was very messy and disorganized. We walked in the shop to ask about my order, but at the tills they sent us to warehouse around the shop corner. When we got there there was one man trying to give orders to few people. When it come our turn order wasn't ready same man had to go back to the shop floor and get missing item. So we spent about half hour waiting. Shame cuz we could of bought paint straight from the shop floor in 5 min.
