   The old piercer was amazing and did her job well but the new one (Stephen) is honestly not great, went in to get my piercing swapped and told him I needed a bigger bar to accommodate the size of my ear, Stephen told me that I infact didn’t need a bigger bar because the smaller one went through my ear, however the as the jewellery was far too small for my ear my ear started to eat the jewellery and I had to remove my piercing after much effort and some pliers. My piercing is now stretched and my ear is inflamed and sore. Do better.

   Really relaxed and fun atmosphere. Open plan shop where you can chat to your artist, another employee or fellow tattoo enthusiasts. Courtney was lovely and did an amazing job on my tattoo. Will definitely be back for more pain soon!

   Been going to Pablo for a few months to get a cover up of a cover up and what an excellent job he done I’m absolutely delighted with the work he put in and how it looks. Not just getting the tattoo done but the whole experience from every member of staff from Stephen and CJ on front desk to all the other artists who take time and speak to you throughout making it an enjoyable experience. Please make Phoenix the only place you go to if you want quality work done and also a fun and friendly environment.

   Took my 8yo daughter to get her ears pierced. Staff were lovely and professional, shop was clean and spacious. She barely flinched getting then done, very quick and clean.
