   So… stupid me decided to get a tongue piercing while on holiday in Tenerife, and by the time I got home, it was in a bit of a state. Thankfully, I popped into Infinite Ink in Hamilton, and honestly, I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was genuinely lovely – even offered me a cup of tea, which in all my nearly 100 hours spent in tattoo studios, has never happened before! It was a small gesture, but says a lot about how welcoming and down-to-earth the place is. Mandy, the piercer, was absolutely brilliant. She sorted out the mess, reducing my ridiculously oversized bar by 8mm and explaining everything clearly – from aftercare to the differences between externally and internally threaded jewellery. She really took the time to make sure I understood what was going on and felt comfortable. What impressed me most was that she didn’t just fix the issue and send me on my way – she actually asked me to come back in a couple of weeks for a check-up, just to make sure everything had settled properly. That kind of follow-up care is rare, and it shows how much pride she takes in her work. If you’re looking for a piercer who knows their stuff and genuinely cares, I can’t recommend Mandy at Infinite Ink enough. Top-tier service with a human touch – I’ll definitely be back (though hopefully not with another botched holiday piercing!).

   A wee hidden gem of a place, will all the staff being extremely friendly and welcoming. I've had several tattoo's recently by Laura B who is an exceptionally talented artist. Their prices are spot on and the quality of work, advice and aftercare is excellent. I honestly cant rate highly enough.

   What a place. Mandy and Kayleigh were so helpful and friendly. They were so knowledgeable and made me and my friends feel at ease. Beautiful jewellery and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a piercing. Great aftercare aswell. Only place to get pierced !
