UPDATE: It's been delayed a fourth time. Every time I call them, they advise that it's been pushed out again. Their sofa's are nice, you can't argue with the quality. However, their ability to get your new sofa to you within the timeframe that the sales person advised - highly questionable. We've ordered two sofa's from them now - both were delivered weeks late. In fact, the 2nd one still hasn't been delivered. Don't expect their customer service team to contact you - they won't. You need to call them, and only then do they deliver the disappointing news.

This has been, without question, one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. My Sofology order was meant to hit their warehouse on 14 October. I moved into my new home on 17 October expecting to finally sit on my own sofa. Instead, I’ve spent nearly two months living with an empty living room, thanks to Sofology’s incompetence and complete lack of accountability. What I’ve dealt with: • Two failed deliveries — both of which I had to chase, because Sofology didn’t bother to keep me updated • Endless delays with dates that come and go without explanation. • No urgency from anyone involved • No temporary seating, no solution, no apology, and absolutely no sense of responsibility • Broken promises and customer service that feels like you’re being passed around until you give up. For a company that markets itself as premium, the service I’ve received has been anything but. It’s been careless, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. If you’re thinking of ordering from Sofology, be prepared for delays, excuses, and being left to sit on the floor while they figure out what they’re doing — because they clearly don’t know.

Disgraceful national TV adverts, encouraging people to match pet animals fur colour with your sofas. Rescue centres have animals who are rejected by their owners because of this reason in the past, and moreso now. Shame on the store and employees who patronise Sofology's campaign.

Although we didn't end up buying our sofa from here the girl that helped us was polite, brilliant and had a great personality. She mentioned she was a new member of staff. I hope she gets the recognition as she was the best sales person in any of the sofa shops we visited.

In store they are brilliant, no issues there at all! However once you have ordered the problems start…… We ordered a sofa on the 3rd of September and got told it would be circa four weeks for delivery, great…. We were having the lounge plastered and redecorated so gave them until mid November for delivery, plenty of time given the initial four week delivery period you would of thought….. NO still waiting for the sofa now as it is on “back order” due to foam not been available. Don’t imagine we will see this sofa anytime soon as it is. Ow stating it will be in the delivery network at the end of the month, a date which has change numerous times when you log in to check. Appalling really for a supposed high end retailer. Stay clear and shop elsewhere. Update - 1/12/22 Still no sign of the goods, just email responses from the customer (un)care team!!!! After having dates on our account stating delivery at the start of November it keeps moving, the latest date said 2nd december, but low and behold logged in again this morning and its moved to the 12th. Dont think we will see this sofa anytime soon and will have to go elsewhere to buy a stock sofa so we can actually sit down at Christmas. Further update - 15/12/2022 No sofa’s and the date has moved to the middle of January! They have agreed to compensate and have arranged for them to call but low and behold no one calls. Absolutely appalling company and customer service. If I were able to remove the one star I certainly would now as they don’t even deserve this.

Great service at Bristol store - really helpful and took the time to go through the product and items I was ordered. The issue is getting the sofas. Before I ordered, I checked the website - estimated time for delivery 9 weeks. The date keeps getting moved. No contact at all from Sofology. They just change the date when you log in to check and then only after you chase them by email and/or by telephone. Changed again today for the third time and if it arrives when they say, it will be 13 weeks. If not, then the times are completely wrong and misleading. No explanation but possible "supplier issues" Something to bear in mind when ordering - especially if they claim they can deliver by a certain date, do not rely on that date.

Felling very disappointed. In the shop the sofa I bought was looking good quality and comfortable. I like the color and model of sofa I bought but came too soft. You sit 10 min in the sofa and when you get off the sofa you will see a depth from your sitting remain there. The lethear is too elasticated.
