   Ashli was absolutley amazing when she did my piercing. She was full of knowledge, enthusiasm and genuine interest in my concerns and worried,which made them all melt away and I became totally relaxed. Her shop was light and airy,while being exceptionally clean,making it an all round amazing experience. This was my first piercing after a bad experience many years ago, however Ashli was so amazingly kind and made me feel at such ease,that I will be back soon for another.

   My twins visited Ashli to get their ears pierced for their birthday. They were both very nervous. Ashli is the MOST patient person I’ve ever met. She was so calm and kind to my girls and even told them to go away and think about it if they weren’t sure and could come back anytime when they were ready. She spent such a long time reassuring them that I was actually embarrassed but she was just so kind. The girls love their piercings and I honestly cannot recommend Ashli highly enough.

   I had a helix piercing 3 months ago. The process was absolutely pain free, Ashli made sure the placement was just right, and the aftercare advice given was very thorough. I have had no issues with my piercing but Ashli couldn't have stressed more that she was contactable post-piercing for any questions or advice. Highly recommend.

   My 6yo daughter got her ears pierced for Ashli. She was absolutely brilliant, explained everything and put her at ease. It was comforting to see the exact measurements she was taking before piercing and she provides great after care. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon for my own helix piercing.
