Purchased swivel recliner chair and footrest less than 3 years ago. Via retailer Sainsbury's Aberdeen. First problem cracks in fabric on armrest, which I paid over £100 to have replaced. Now spring has come through bottom of chair and base of stand sheared off. It says chair is good for 115kg, I am about 80kg. Absolute rubbish Made in China.
Absolutely delighted! My electric riser/recliner had an issue, chair is obsolete but Chris and Bianca were so helpful and went out of their way to assist, great customer service
Poor quality workmanship Swivel chair purchased 2 years ago:metal springs holding padding inside seat have broken.Firm informed me only 1year guarantee on the item,and never heard of this happening previously.WELL, YOU HAVE NOW!!
I ordered a small accent chair for my bedroom through a retailer that GFA supply. The chair arrived really well packed in less than a week. It was easy to assemble (just legs to put on) and is a beautiful piece of furniture.

Leather swivel recliner and footstool- Ordered and delivered in less than a week, excellent quality and value for money.
It took 7 weeks to get to me, arrived damaged, poor quality, never again. Disappointed is an understatement.
Never, ever order from these guys. Huge delays, missing parts, slow and incomplete service to fix. I will never use them ever again.
