   The Two stars are for the initial fitting and good service from the Keynsham branch, Unfortunately the aftercare within the warranty was appalling from;Timbercraft`s general management and directorship who did not take responsibility for their downfall. Consequently, I had to employ another fitter to correct Timbercraft`s poor workmanship in my kitchen.

   My kitchen, fitted by Timbercraft Keynsham was everything I could have wanted. Looks fantastic, completed on schedule, plumber, electrician,tiler, carpenter all a pleasure to work with. What I didn't expect was the aftercare service being so good. We had a problem with the factory supplied units some time after installation. Timbercraft dealt with it with no hesitation-twice. I would highly recommend this company and special thanks to Phil Noble.

   Poor customer service. Shop assistant (the woman) was very pleasant but the area manager (or whatever he was) clearly hadn't had the training. Some indicative prices would have been helpful as we don't have a policy of giving companies free-rein on an open wallet. I'm afraid we walked out none the wiser about quality or price, and ended up at Kitchens by Design where we had a much better experience.

   Timbercraft are a local independent family-run company specialising in fitted kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and home office furniture. The Keynsham showroom displays a number of Second Nature fitted kitchens with some very clever storage ideas like the Le Mans unit, pull-out larders and baskets, pan drawers and plate racks. Laid back, relaxed surroundings to browse around in with friendly showroom staff on hand to offer help and advice should you need it.
