   i am disgusted by the appalling customer service i have received from your company. I had an insurance policy for a few days on a car in September 2023. I cancelled as it was going to be ludicrously expensive. There was trouble with closing the DD so there was two payments taken in error and i spoke with a woman from your london customer services team on december 21st 2023 and i was contacted on December 22nd 2023 to confirm that i would be re-paid in full for the ammount of two monts policy  overage. So i waited for the refund and nothing happened... so today Tuesday 23rd of january i contacted to get your number and i got put through to Your services which was of no help. The man referred me to a different company that wasn't dealing with the issue. It's now afteroon January 23rd 2024 and that refund still isn't in my account. I tried to call you but i couldn't get through as i don't have the details of my 'active' policy since it only lasted a couple of days but i am now 18 working days from first contacting you about the payments and if i don't recieve contact within three working days so by friday 19th of January 2024 i will be taking legal action as i have Council ready and waiting. Do not under any circumstances use Hyundai Insurance. Scam and rip off.
