Hi just wanted to say that we asked Mel to give us a quote for renewing our house insurance buildings and contents and although we did not use her this time to renew the quote that she provided for us was very similar to our existing broker give or take a few pounds (and I mean only a few pounds). Out of loyalty to our existing broker we went with her but we were impressed that Mel could at fairly short notice give us an almost like for like quote… we will definitely recommend using Mel to anyone who needs household insurance even though we did not use her this year.
