   As a broker, polplan is not one I recommend. I've been insured through Polplan with "ageas" company, and it became evident during the claim process that the "ageas" company does not want to pay out for the claim. After a month, they are not reading the emails and responding with new evidence that they have already received. The adviser from Polplan could only advise me to send another email that has already been sent, and I was waiting for a month to hear back from them. 'Ageas' company was asking for evidence that was impossible to provide (like proof of losing a credit card from hscb even though I claimed about phone). I am waiting for 4 months for a claim consideration... It's better to insure yourself independently and for less money.
