Talked a good game at the beginning with a competitive quote. But once work started it quickly became clear they lacked skills, professionalism and pride in their work. Left a mess every day, worked erratic hours and the job was completed over 2-week’s late. Laid flooring without underlay despite the fact I ordered it and decided to lay it without questioning me even though they knew it wasn’t level. Flooring clearly not level and any decent tradesman would have suggested levelling concrete which would have been a separate chargeable job which I would have had no issue with but sadly I was not given the option. This led to floor popping up and poor repairs which they had a cheek to try and charge me for (failed). Installed the wrong (lower priced) tap and clearly lacked attention to detail when looking at the order. Didn’t clean the kitchen tiles which were sticky and did not screw in the oven hood correctly which meant it rattled when switched on plus poor sealant job in some areas. Total lack of ownership and communication and employed staff clearly not up for the job. Incorrect drill holes in some of the kitchen draws, so clear mistakes made. Afterwards claimed warranty only on kitchen and not flooring which will need to be fully ripped up and started again at my own expense. Then they claimed they are not floor experts, so why offer the service?! Stay away, very amateurish.A classic case of getting what you pay for. Very disappointed and would urge you to stay away unless you want a problematic experience.
