   Appointment was at 8:40am, staff turned up at 9:06 and was taken in around 9:15am. Turns out they aren’t supposed to open until 9am so unsure why I could book an appointment before this. Staff was rather rude and shoved wooden stick in my mouth after barely speaking to me. Quick procedure at least, but not a great impression made. Reception team friendly.

   Reception staff was very nice and helpful, but the person who actually did the scan wasn’t very welcoming, sounded even annoyed to me. Barely explained the procedure and shoved the wood stick in my mouth without notice. The all thing took less than 10min. I didn’t know where to leave my handbag/coat, didn’t get chance to even ask so I had to leave it on the floor. I felt rushed out after paying a high price( I am not questioning the cost just the care that didn’t match it).

   Arrived early for my appointment and was prepared to wait in my car in the car park. However a very kind receptionist invited me to wait inside in the warm. The procedure was quick and efficient, and it went like clockwork. This post is on behalf of my husband who was the patient, and not myself.

   Arrived 20 minutes early, went straight in. Took less than 5 minutes. Friendly staff. Used this facility twice now to have scans sent to my dentist in Turkey. Brilliant service and it's a good way to get a scan done without having to paying a joining fee at a dentist

   Was treated incredibly well Tomos (I think that was his name) was very helpful, explained everything clearly, only gripe is I was told I would have copies of the scan, appears that I have to contact the clinic and request said copies Barring that a good experience

   Although I had to wait nearly an hour for my appointment, when it happened it was very quick and efficient and the man doing it was pleasant and professional. He had been delayed in traffic, so not at all his fault, and when he heard I was now in a rush he did the whole process in minutes to help me. All staff very pleasant, nice waiting room with seat by the fire!
