Easy to book and the sonographer was friendly, warm and professional, making it a comfortable experience. I received some feedback at the time of the scan and a copy of the report the same day. I would recommend.

Thank you so much to both Holly and the lovely receptionist, for seeing us on bank holiday Monday! Even though my baby decided to be in the most annoying position, Holly got me to move around and tried to get good pictures. But I didn't really mind anyway, we found out she's a healthy girl and that's what I wanted! Great experience and everyone was so kind. Would recommend for sure
We’ve had both good and bad news at scans here and can’t fault the service. Very friendly staff. I’ve also been elsewhere for a scan and picture quality was much better here. Highly recommend.
I booked an upper abdominal and pelvic scan here to avoid waiting times and I was so impressed! The woman that checked me in was really friendly and the sonographer (I think her name was Holly) was so professional and kind, she immediately made me feel at ease. If anyone is wondering, you are allowed to bring someone with you (I did as I was a bit nervous but there was no need to be!). It's a bit confusing to find where to check in for the ultrasound as I couldn't see any signs for it when we walked in, but if you follow the "physio" signs on the floor it takes you to the back left of the building and someone came out to greet us. Really recommend the general health scans, very thorough and it's not as expensive as you might think!
Lovely staff-friendly, caring and patient. However the clarity/ quality of the 4d scan needs to be updated. Had better quality elsewhere. Was slightly disappointed.. but still, got the scan on Black Friday offer so still a good deal!
We were so impressed! The sonographer was the sweetest most understanding person—noted our worries from our first miscarriage and filled us with confidence on this pregnancy. We weren’t only reassured with our baby’s heartbeat, was given printed photos of the scan AND videos so we could see our little one’s heartbeat allllll the time! Will definitely use ultrasound direct Bristol again. Highly recommended!!
I had a gender scan at 16+5 And staff were very friendly, the building was nice and quiet. The lady who done my scan was so patient and talkative and showed us everything that she could as baby didn't want to move positions so was a little restricted but still had some great scan photos and beautiful videos sent to us. We also had a number of scan photos printed out. Very good value for money, I'm a little further gone now since that appointment and will be returning and going for a 3d scan when the time comes.
