Excellent food, amazing service from Mohammad keeping us entertained and with quick service times, only thing I would say is that your sticky toffee pudding cake is too spongy my STP rankings place the toffee sauce in first place, however the cake didnt absorb the sauce enough.
We visited this restaurant during our vacation and had a wonderful experience. The food and service were excellent, and we were seated in a charming alcove on the lower level that felt cozy and intimate—perfect for dining. Both the drinks and dishes impressed us. On the waiter’s recommendation, we tried the creamed spinach, and it turned out to be the best I’ve ever had—I nearly ordered an extra portion to take home! The calamari was cooked to perfection, and the sticky toffee pudding is an absolute must-try.
I was there a few weeks ago without any expectations. It was my first meal upon arriving Paddington. Their premium beef selections were so good! Juicy, flavourful and tasty. No sauce needed! And most importantly the service was excellent. We were waited upon by Karolina who greeted us with her warm beautiful smile and swift respond. A must go should you crave for a nice piece of steak or a burger with a pint of your favourite drink!
Lotus took care of us. He was a great waiter. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious. I would recommend the Steak and Eggs. Also the English breakfast with pancakes. We came once, the service was exceptional and we came back again. We will always have our meals here. Thank you.
We ordered garlic bread with cheese, too much bread and little cheese, need a bit more garlic taste, we also ordered sweet potatoes I guess it's the best I had for a while. Amazing melted camembert!!
Terrible really, you can see pictured my so called “medium rare” steak, which has been cremated to the past well done. The chips were fine but nothing to write home about so in conclusion I would avoid this restaurant if at all possible. The whole menu is overpriced and the wait staff are slammed to the point of being inattentive to the table. The location should be a dead giveaway that it’s not going to be good but if you need any further help I can confirm. Steak was removed from the bill after complaining so it was at least cheap in the end but I would not be returning.
We went into the restaurant tonight, ordered chicken breast with pasta, steak with vegetable salad, and garlic bread, beer and bacardi, we waited about half an hour for the meal until someone remembered us, the chicken breast was less tasty and drowned in a weird sauce, the salad was terribly coarse and hard to eat , The steak was burnt, and the cherry tomatoes in the salad were very sour, there was a Dijon mustard on the side that looked like water pulp, the loaf bread or rather unbaked dough was nice but someone put cheese as if melted in the bread and the taste was ruined, the only thing that was delicious was the beer , The waitress was very nice, total meal £ 57.10, do not recommend the place at all, too bad of all this lovely chain, this restaurant is sub-standard, hope they fix themselves in the future…
Nice warm welcome and the waiter was good too. Food was lovely I would come here again. A bit expensive but tge same as tgi or hard rock. great for a birthday or a treat
Considering this is a chain, I didn't expect the level of service or quality of food we received. Also excellent that my guest could eat from a halal menu too. The waiter who served us was a fun character and was playful without being intrusive. Everything was excellent. The food, drink, timing was all super. I would happily eat here again.
