   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-notch service from Brahim! Flat Iron Westfield never disappoints. We were a party of four (two adults, two kids) for my birthday. Our server, Brahim, was attentive and genuinely friendly, which made the evening run smoothly. Great steaks, good vibes, and the complementary ice cream is always a massive hit with the kids (and the adults!). If you go, ask for Brahim!

   My waiter (Camron) served me today, his service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food was cooked very well and he took the time to explain the menu with recommendations as it was my first time eating from Flat Iron. They are lucky to have him and I will definitely be coming back

   We visited on Thursday night and the restaurant wasn’t busy. We used to go to the Soho branch many times about a year ago, and the food was always very good. This time we came to use a voucher. The waiter was really friendly and advised us to order one large portion of aubergine instead of two sides, which was helpful. We ordered two medium-rare steaks, fries, and spinach. The food arrived very quickly, but unfortunately the steaks were rare rather than medium rare. I didn’t want to ask for them to be remade, but they really shouldn’t have left the kitchen like that. Overall, the experience wasn’t what we expected based on our previous visits.

   Absolutely delicious steak, cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere and very well lit. We left very late but the staff were so accommodating and didn't make us feel pressured at all. Would thoroughly recommend a visit here, if was amazing. The truffle Mac and cheese was an especially amazing side - definitely order this.

   absolutely brilliant restaurant with impeccable food and excellent service. from the moment you walk in and get free popcorn, to the moment you walk out with free ice cream, every moment is special at flat iron. the staff are polite and friendly, and the food is exceptional. it was the best steak ive ever had (especialy with the mushroom sauce), and the aubergine side dish was delicious. the menu is reasonably priced and portion sizes are good. the toilets were clean and have cowshed soap products. the restaurant is very big and spacious and has a lovely atmosphere. it feels quite romantic so perfect for date night.

   First visit to a Flat Iron, though it’s been on my list for years! Well worth a visit, really good food at reasonable prices. We just went for the classic flat iron steak, Mac and cheese and bone marrow mash - all of it was great but highly recommend the mash! Loved the ice cream you got on the way out, wasn’t expecting it but it was delicious and made the meal even better value. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family

   Had an amazing first time experience. The food was just! *chef’s kiss’. We got the normal flat iron steak and the special sirloin steak and it was tasty! Priscilla served us and was so helpful and wonderful! She suggested nice sides to have, drinks and sauces to go with the meat! She made it a quality experience- we need more waitresses like her! The beef dripping chips are just awesome Well done Flat Iron Westfield- you deserve the crown in the West! =D

   Loved our experience at this Flat Iron. Came for lunch around 130pm and was sat quickly for a table of 2. Always nice to get the popcorn and tap water at the beginning. The steaks came quickly with our sides, and the food was great. Love the mushroom sauce here. Prices are great - standard for Flat Iron. The ice cream was salted caramel and honestly was better than most ice cream spots in city centre. Overall highly recommend
