Highly recommend - we had the rump steak with an additional 100g each. We were stuck in traffic and ended up being half an hour late (we called 15 mins after when we had signal) and they were so welcoming. Our waiter was also very nice and talkative
I come here every time I come to bluewater. Not just for the food but for the amazing people. There’s one manager that just will not stop dancing, I love it! Unfortunately, last week Saturday, a different manager greeted us with a horrible vibe, looked at my kids from top to bottom and telling me make sure the kids sit at the table. You don’t know my kids, if my kids would be walking around the place, I’d understand if she’d come and tell us nicely to get the kids sitting at the table. But a lovely waitress by the name of Mihaela, completely changed the whole experience. She beamed of good vibes. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! I cannot express how much I appreciated her energy and her joyful attitude. The food was great. But this review is more for Mihaela! Amazing! Thank you Mihaela for spreading cheer!
Food and service was excellent. Very friendly staff. The meat was spot on and the argentinian rib eye was delicious. Calamari was fresh and tender. Definitely worth the price. Great wine selection too.
Diana our waitress is a superstar, made sure everything was perfect for us, the mocktails were amazing didn’t miss the alcohol at all, these are the best steaks I’ve ever had, like ever! Cooked perfectly seasoned perfectly! The sauces to complement the steaks were soooo good I was shocked! And the mash is to die for!
I wanted to try steak restaurant within Bleuwater, and I found this place, and I was not disappointed at all. Service was very prompt and friendly. We were shown a nice table shortly after getting to the restaurant. The arrangement was nice. The king prawns and calamari were very nicely made. Im not sure I have enjoyed any steak better than this (maybe I need to try some more places). The food was served on time, we didnt have to wait in between each course for too long. The dessert was spot on. The brownie was served hot. Overall, this was a 5-star experience for me
Decided to try this restaurant as fed up with the usual TGI's and couldn't have been happier. Excellent service from beginning to end, the staff were so friendly but not to over bearing which was lovely. The food was absolutely beautiful and cooked exactly as asked. We had starters of Garlic bread, Olives and the Chorizo al Merlot and enjoyed every mouthful. We all had steak for mains including our 8yr old and it was cooked perfectly. We 100% recommend this restaurant.
Went for a quick lunch with my husband and chose from their lunch specials menu. We had a calamari and spinach empanadas and 2 steak salads with a side of fries. Everything was delicious. The salads were huge. Very fresh leaves with mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and with a delicious dressing. The sliced steaks were cooked exactly as requested and was flavoursome and tender. A very satisfying meal. The end price was higher than we would normally pay for a lunch but the quality of the food was worth the money. Service was quick, friendly and polite. Lovely that the staff kept checking if everything for us was ok (unlike a lot of places where staff have tunnel vision and try to avoid eye contact). The small negative if I was to be nit picking, was toilets were upstairs... a lot of stairs!... i did notice afterwards that their was a toilet for people with mobility issues on the restaurant floor..i don't have mobility issues but if I had my children with me, the stairs could prove to be a bit of a struggle! Overall we really enjoyed our lunch. It wasa nice relaxed and pleasant environment. Some of the restaurants in bluewater can be too busy and loud. Hope the standard of service and the quality of food continues to be as it was today because if it did then we would happily return every time to try the rest of the menu! Well done team!
The steaks were really great, I enjoyed the selection fo steaks you could have and really the only highlight of the restaurant, the sides were average but the desserts were of poor quality. My family and I thought we had covid as anything with dulce de leche tasted of absolutely nothing. The price was a lot and for four people the price was not worth the dinner, especially for a £30 service charge which was ridiculous, after having steak juice spilt all over the table and the floor.
We had a wonderful meal here. The food was absolutely delicious, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like. We shared some starters (the spinach empanadas were amazing, as was the chorizo al Malbec). Our main course (ribeye) was excellent, even the sides (we had creamed spinach) clearly had a lot of attention paid to them. Best of all was our server, Honey. She was so attentive, made great recommendations to us and we felt that she looked after us brilliantly. We will be back!
