   We attended Downend Clinic on 27th October 2025 at 3pm for my baby’s final discharge and health check. The experience was deeply concerning and unacceptable. The practitioner, who signed her initials as “C.S.” in the red book, did not examine or even look at my baby once — despite the fact that my baby had previously been treated for jaundice. She instructed us to place the baby on the weighing scales instead of doing it herself, showed no engagement, and throughout the appointment spoke while facing a wall, refusing to make eye contact or acknowledge us properly. Her behaviour was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, showing a total lack of care and respect. More alarmingly, she failed to carry out the most basic health checks or visual assessment — a critical duty for safeguarding infants. If she did not even glance at our baby, I fear for what she may have overlooked in other cases. This is a serious safeguarding concern and demonstrates clear professional misconduct. I strongly urge management to review her conduct immediately, investigate her practices, and ensure proper standards of care are upheld. Parents should never have to leave a baby’s health check feeling unsafe, dismissed, or unheard.

   Line ALWAYS busy . No queue system it will just disconnect you. It's a dangerous practice and should be closed down. Disgraceful. I've never seen worse service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star.
