   I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. I specifically asked for a product for a particular purpose, but they sold me something completely unsuitable. When I discovered the mistake and returned to explain the issue, they refused to refund or exchange it — even though it wasn’t a prescription medication. This felt dishonest and completely lacking in empathy or customer service. If you go here looking for help or advice, be warned — they’ll take your money and leave you worse off. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, leaving me feeling cheated and extremely disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy.

   If you want a good pharmacy don’t use this one. The staff are downright rude and raise their voices at customers. Not helpful at all and just talk down to people and shout at them. Atrocious service.

   I regret not heeding the earlier reviews. This pharmacy is highly disorganised, making it a frustrating waste of time. We booked an appointment, only to be informed upon arrival that the vaccines weren't available. We spent an hour driving with two toddlers, only to leave empty-handed. I strongly recommend considering other pharmacies to avoid the same disappointment.

   We booked an appointment for a vaccine but when we arrived, we have been told that the vaccine didn't arrive. Seriously, we drove more than 15 min with kids, such waste of time. Rubbish. They could have taken our number in case but they couldn't bother, such unprofessional. No wonder why they have such bad reviews.

   Change of staff a few years ago and this pharmacy has gone from excellent service with friendly staff to rude, condescending staff and more than rubbish service. Example A few years ago you could order your repeat prescription any day of the week and it would be ready to collect in 3 working days now you have to order on a Wednesday before noon and it is then available the next week on Friday. The pharmacy will also argue that you don’t need the medication yet when you have timed it so when you are about to run out you will be picking up more. We have had so many times when medication ordered on repeat hasn’t been ordered resulting in us having to call the drs to get an emergency prescription sorted, being told by the drs you can pick up the medication a few days later but when you turn up the pharmacist gives u a 10 minute lecture on how the dr doesn’t know if they have the medication in and shouldn’t have told you a day (while a queue forms behind you) then finally getting you your medicine which they clearly did have. Honestly I’ve used this pharmacy for nearly 40 years and I’d never encountered such rude condescending and unprofessional staff before.
