   I wanted to update my review from the first four months I was there. I found it quite hard to communicate with the doctors. The reception staff were great. I have found that they do give you different doctors every time you go in consistency for me would be better having to explain every time I go in is sometimes can be quite frustrating. As I have never been with them over a year I have started to get more used to different doctors each time but it can get quite frustrating because it can take a long time to explain everything from scratch which I think sometimes is takes the time up on your appointment. I would prefer them to read the triage form then your notes before you go to see them and then they wouldn’t ask you the same mundane repeat questions over and over again but the overall care is great.

   Used to to be a brilliant surgery but recently they have decided that cant make appointments over the phone even after you tell them you cant do it online they are completely unwilling to the triage form with you over the phone despite the fact that when you're waiting for someone to pick up it says that's something that they can do for you. I personally had to call 4 times to get an appointment for my baby to be seen by a GP. Absolutely appalling and very disappointing

   I have mental health problems and the doctor Zehra didn’t know anything about mental health she was like hmmm I have to ask another doctor to see what we can do she belittled me I came out of the room crying she was very rude and asked me to watch YouTube videos she was very unprofessional I wouldn’t go back there I have moved practice to do with this issue not nice to be judged from a doctor.

   I have been a patient for the last year, and every time I have needed to utilise the surgery's services I have been able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I recommend using the online triage form, as I often get a response within 15 mins. The staff are friendly and thorough.

   Great GP surgery. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Always easy to get through to them via phone. Easy to get an appointment in a timely manner and the nurses and doctors are all extremely friendly and professional. Easy to sort out repeat medication via email too. Great team and you tell they are happy working there.

   I was amazed to read such bad reviews after we have always been dealt with very efficiently.During covid I had a water infection snd it was like a military procedure with anti biotics at the end without even seeing a Dr.I realise this was an easy one but it meant the world to me.Must say if ever any of my family have needed them quickly we have been seen.Sad

   This is an outstanding surgery and I feel very lucky to be under their care. I had an issue recently which was dealt with immediately in a professional courteous manner by all the staff I encountered. I easily accessed a most helpful receptionist on the phone who gave me several helpful options and I had a similar experience with the Doctor. Thank you all very much.

   Went to the doctors about my swollen ankles & they did nothing about it. Only gave me advice that I already know. Now my ankles are leaving dents as I press my finger on them. & also burning. & I went to the doctor's plenty of times about my back problem too. & I asked for a x-ray on my back & of course they said “its not that important” IVE HAD BACK ISSUES MY WHOLE LIFE. & they said they were gonna email the chiropractor & that I should get a letter. It's been 2 years with no letter no call.

   Have mixed feelings about the surgery. The doctors and nurses I have seen were absolutely fantastic. Always listened, took issues seriously and treated me with dignity and respect. The reception staff however have been extermely rude amd unhelpful. They also continually make mistakes with ordering prescriptions. I think there was only one occassion i successfully ordered my medication. I had been with the practice for a year and they still hadn't retrieved my notes from my previous doctors despite me having a baby during this time. I have now moved again and its been 3 weeks now and still waiting for my records. I have a serious medical condition and my GP is struggling to monitor and treat without my records. Practice would run better if reception staff were less rude and interested in their jobs.
