really rude receptionist. genuinely don't understand how she got hired she's like middle aged and is very condescending. When my friend just asked asked a simple question she lashed out at her.
Have been to this clinic many many times for checks and all the staff are so lovely and accommodating and make the experience so much easier and stressfree. about 6 months ago I had a serious issue with my coil which meant i had to contact the hospital and my GP. the nurse Courtney was so brilliant helping every way she could and explaining things to me so I could understand and the issue has been resolved now. but as I said all the staff are amazing. cannot recommend them enough have never had to wait more than 30 mins which is understandable offer really great free care
All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and make you feel comfortable to do your tests without any pressure or judgement
Taluka and the other lady at the desk were really efficient, discrete and helpful. Made an uncomfortable experience an easier one :)
was on hold for over 1 hour, i need an emergency service and i called 3 times in a week and could not get through, ridiculous
Reception are lovely but staff are lazy. They make you an appointment and your waiting over 20/30 minutes after your time to be seen.
Totally messed up my implant now got an infection!! And red and yellow blisters !
