Had a coil fitted today, the nurses were lovely and they did such a good job. They treated me with such care and actually took time with the procedure where it didn’t hurt me at all. I left with a smile on my face and feeling happier than when I came in! Thank you very much!
Put fibromaygia on my record without asking me any questions and refusing to do a physical exam which hindered my ability to get further help. I have a existing diagnosis of myofacial pain syndrome and didn't agree with fibromaygia but the "professor" had no interest in listening to me, he said he had his mind made up before I walked in the room
The staff are so wonderful and helpful, really putting you at ease. Receptionists sorted an appointment mishap right away and Yasmin was so lovely, gentle and professional during the mammogram. Thank you all for doing such a great job.
