   Manzil is always my Fav place, shisha is always good and service is best. It was closed for some work last week, hopefully it will be a surprise when it will be reopen. I saw new owner when I visited last time, I found her very polite and well mannered.

   This is worst shisha lounge in Hounslow. I am disgusted with there service, there was rats all over kitchen and the people don’t care. I once saw a chef eat from the floor as he was eating biryani and then made food with his hands without washing them to then make customers food. It’s awful and I ashamed. Disgusting. 1/10.

   First of all, I love my shisha and second of all I hate liars. Went to this place on the recommendation of a mate which J shouldn't have after reading the numerous -ve reviews. The shisha is not top notch, not worthy of paying the price. The alcohol server is a rude lady and skimmed on the alcohol (was served a single shot of gin when asked for a double). I didn't wanted to create a scene, and to top it all of they don't accept cards. To summarize please resist to visit this place, there's mawal garden few steps down the road. Visit that instead.

   My friends and bf know the owner hence why I went but the shisha was overpriced and wasn't that great. Menus are cute and different which I liked and parking is good. The owner; Sultan has installed a hot tub at the back which is very unusual and different. I ordered curly fries and nachos. My fries were nice but not the nachos. I specifically asked the member of staff for no jalapenos and when the nachos came they were cold and covered in jalapenos. When I did tell Sultan he was a little rude and said "well how do you want them then". He needs to learn customer service so his staff can model his behaviour. Don't think I'll be returning here, better places out there.

   The food is nice however a massive shame they can’t be bothered to clean their shisha’s after each use. Poor hygiene standards. Every time we go we feel sick afterwards. I would not advise to drink any hot beverages because last time the cup was filthy. How can you trust a place like this?
