   Had to visit just over a year ago. I was always spoken to with respect and care. You are spoke to alone to ensure your safety. Quick turn around for an appointment, and when I was there I was so scared, I cried and was shaking walking to the room. My hand was held I was talked to like a human being, I was distracted to calm me down and then cared for again after. I passed out in the toilets after and vomited when waiting to leave, I didn't handle being put to sleep well at all, the medication made me yucky but they all looked after me, I was the last person in the recovery room. IV placed to get better. Sent home with care and ensured I was safe to do so. You cannot have someone with you after but please note this is for the safety of others too. No everyone waiting to go home after such a procedure wants people to know they are there. I promise you amazing women you are in good hands here, you are looked after and cared for.

   A few years ago I had a medical ab with this clinic I was 21 and I had never gone through anything like this before. I was made to feel really uncomfortable and the nurses were really blunt with me and I felt like they were judging me. When I had a scan on my belly the nurse pressed really hard into my stomach and said oh it’s only tiny I can hardly find it. The experience still sticks with me now years later. I had complications after I felt very disregarded because I wasn’t bleeding enough to their charts for them to check on me and make sure I was okay afterwards. This was a really hard thing for me to do and the complications and mental side effects still stick with me now. I think if I would have had a better experience when I was there it my mental health wouldn’t be as bad as it is now.

   Everyone was so lovely and answered any questions I had. The information is extensive but easy to understand. The nurses are amazing so lovely and non-judgemental, I really felt cared for and could not have asked for any more. I am so grateful for this service, thank you ladies!!

   I went in for a medical abortion and honestly, the service I received couldn’t have been better. Right off the bat, the receptionists (Tina and Henrietta, I believe) were lovely, very accommodating, and offered me counselling right away and were very sweet to me and my mother who of which were both upset upon arrival. Within 10 minutes I was checked in and took upstairs to wait and had been given general advice from Tina. The nurse who saw me and scanned me (Sam, I think) was lovely, very professional and even tried to get my treatment funded, which took about 15-20 minutes. Faye came to see me afterwards and talked with me and my mother through the medication and what it would do and what to look out for, etc. She gave me a kit containing not just the medication, but painkillers and a mini booklet explaining everything. Overall, a 5/5 experience - made a not very nice experience physically or mentally alright at the time, cannot thank them enough.

   Appalling service, didn’t receive a confirmation text like I was promised on the recorded call. I then went to the only ‘MSI’ in Bristol early in the morning to find out they booked me in at a different site that doesn’t even include msi in the name. This meant I had to sit in the cold for hours whilst I waited for them to finish their meeting. FYI, I am extremely ill and have been in and out of hospital due to my situation. Makes it even worse that they could offer no support when they did manage to see me. They had my medical record so should know straight away, it was a complete waste of time. Who is going to compensate me for the premium prices I had to pay to get to and from the site, no one? The nurses were lovely, but the reception team were so condescending and did not even apologise, they put the blame on myself. Definitely will never go back.

   Avoid this shambles at all costs! My appointment was at 9:45, I didn’t get seen until 3pm, over 5 people came in after me and were seen before. Wasted my husbands day of work so we are £600 down, the staff are so in organised you wouldn’t be able to start to understand. Patients who arrived 4 hours after we did were seen before. Avoid this place at all costs plenty of other reputable places around. Really upset me. I will be taking them to court

   I bought my daughter today, although it stated that she had to go alone they were very kind and let me sit with her , receptionist was very sweet and kind , and the nurse that dealt with us was also kind , made a not very nice experience not seem so bad so thank you

   After being delayed by Unity by about 2 weeks. Marie Stopes was a similar experience where the man in the relationship gets no involvement. The procedure was delayed by up to 2 hours. The staff didnt seem to care for the feelings of the man involved and seemed to treat the women as any other patient at a sensitive time for people. My partner hasn't eaten for almost 12 hours and I'm left in the dark through the process. Horrible way to deal with a horrible experience.
