I had my pap smear today with the nurse and she really put me at ease and made the uncomfortable procedure so much more manageable for me. Thank you nurse Sally.

This surgery has been exceptional from the receptionist, nurses and gp's for both myself and my husband during the last 5 years we have been with them. We have both had excellent support and care from all departments and cannot praise them enough. We were forced to change surgery's during lockdown and we are so pleased we made the choice to go to them as their care has been exceptional.

Had an appointment with Dr Kundra, I can honestly say that he is the friendliest and most helpful doctor I have ever had. Really caring and took on board everything I had to say. Cannot speak highly enough of him. Thanks so much

Great when you can actually get an appointment. But the online booking system is gone and now it's back to calling 20+ times at 8.30am.

I called this morning 11.40am to book emergency appointment for my daughter but she doesn't live her I have told before for any emergency i ask for emergency everywhere in the UK but she said she doesn't live here and she said to me I couldn't just make appointment like that. My daughter eye is swoollen and teary really bad. I understand it's busy but when it comes I thought they can help not being rude this reception I spoke to this morning. This is the first time j experienced like this kind of behaviour.

Told by gp I had a pulled stomach muscle and to rest it, despite being agony. 2 days later rushed into A&E, found I had 8 gall stones and sepsis. Now found different practice.

I changed my GP practice after my GP told me to go on antidepressants as he kept dismissing my symptoms and underlying health matter that was undiagnosed for 6 months. At my very first appointment which was with Dr Lockyer, I was diagnosed correctly. He suspected my symptoms were the result of a stomach problem despite me being slim and young and I was referred promptly to an ENT and gastroenterologist. My condition is now under control. GP practices that LISTEN to their patients and genuinely care for their well-being, are becoming dangerously and worryingly rare. My experience with all doctors in this surgery is simply beyond excellent. I wish i could personally hug them and tell them how much I value them. Support staff as incredibly patient and polite. No surprise this surgery is highly thought of!
