I had my ear wax removed 15 dec 25. John carried out the procedure. He was professional very friendly and did a great job. I experienced zero discomfort. I would highly recommend them.

Have visited Emily at Bristol Ear Health several times over the last 2 years for recurrent issues with a blocked ear. She has always been incredibly professional, friendly and informative, it's clear she truly cares about her work and patients wellbeing. The costs for treatment is very reasonable and there's free parking available at the location - though it's often busy/full so I'd recommend using free parking at local shops in Kingswood high street as a fallback.
I was recommended Bristol Ear Health by a family member who said they had the best experience with earwax removal. Having had an issue with my hearing since going in a swimming pool on holiday, I thought I would give them a go. On meeting Emily, she put me at ease straight away by explaining the reason for my hearing loss and what she would do to rectify it. She said I didn't need to have the other ear cleared as it wasn't as bad as the other one, but I said to do both as I wanted to start with clean hearing. She was very gentle not to cause any issues in my ears and cleared the blockage which was great. I can now hear properly. I would definitely recommend them and will be back again if and when I get a blockage!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Bristol Ear Health. I found John to be really professional, friendly and knowledgeable a combination of attributes that every client looks for but rarely finds in one person. I am sure these qualities would also be found if treated by Emily, as I have previously dealt with her by telephone when I had a couple of questions prior to my treatment. Nothing was too much bother to answer.

Excellent place if you have any problem with your ears. I couldn't believe what cane our if my ear. I feel so much better now as I don't get any infections and I can actually hear what people say .
