I first saw Paul as a month ago, he diagnosed the issue with my knee after a thorough examination and within minutes. He gave me some Physio exercises to do and I went back as directed. After almost 3 years of pain, I am currently pain free apart from the odd twinge. I don't think Paul expected to see me again as it had improved so much but I had to ask a few further questions and thank him in person. I would highly recommend Paul and I will definitely be in touch if I need his help in future. I should of gone to him 3 years ago. He is straight talking and gets to the heart of the issue. A huge thank you.

Physio checkup & recommendations were very good. Everything was explained & demonstrated so that I could understand how these exercises work. He has given me confidence that I'm carrying out my physio the right way.excellent communication!

I was experiencing lower back pain at the start of the year and decided to book an appointment to see Paul. I found the experience very professional, honest and straight to the point. After the initial session I was sent an interactive treatment plan containing exercises and stretches which I could carry out at home. After diagnosing the source of the pain, Paul suggested to end the session early as there was no need to carry on and instead to return in a 2 weeks’ time free of charge to check any progress and if further treatment was needed. After following Paul’s advice and completing the exercises, I was relieved from the lower back pain. I would recommend Paul to anyone seeking physiotherapy.

This morning I had my first appointment with Stacey Palmer, sports massage therapist at Paul Tompkins Physiotherapy. It was an overall good experience - the venue is very clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly and professional. Stacey was well-prepared (no waiting), knowledgeable and extremely competent. I have quite complex problems with my neck and upper back that cause me chronic pain. She made me feel welcome, understood exactly what I explained and asked relevant questions. I felt in safe hands. It's worth mentioning that I have tried sports massage for pain relief before this but with mixed results that didn't tend to last very long. As I'm writing this review, I've just finished a busy, stressful 8 hour working day but my neck and shoulders are still relaxed and I'm still virtually pain-free without any meds. That's an exceptionally good result. I will definitely be coming back.

I recently saw Paul for chronic patella tendinitis. After seeing multiple other Physio’s before him, I was beginning to think I would never be able to play football again, as I had not been able to run for 6 months. Within 5 weeks he had me back running again without any pain. I was back playing football after around 6 sessions with Paul, over 8 weeks. If you want a properly structured and progressive rehab plan I cannot recommend him enough.

I have been using Paul Tompkins and his team for many years. Everyone there is very capable and have very impressive CVs. What I love the most is that no question is a silly question, and they are all happy to explain what they are doing and why. I have recently been seeing Stacy who has been fantastic solving a problem I have had with one side of my neck/trap area. Whether you are a keen gym goer, sports person or simply hurt yourself at work these guys come highly recommended!

I've been seeing Amy recently for an arm injury and she's been wonderful, I highly recommend her. She's been so kind, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and reassuring. She made time to see me at very short notice and worked wonders in just 20 minutes. Rather than pummel my sore muscles, she's been using acupuncture which has really helped. She's also set me exercises to do at home and adapted them to suit my specific injury. Some years ago, I saw Paul and he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, down-to-earth and friendly, so I recommend him too. Everyone here, from the receptionists to the other staff I've encountered, have been lovely. A huge thank you!
