The doctors here are always very helpful, kind and thorough to ensure everything possible is discussed and worked through. They always put you as the patient first and will help you feel better, even if it’s just mentally. Thank you for all that you do!

I would like to thank all the staff at the lennard surgery for their excellent care and support. I normally see Dr Davis, who has always gone the extra mile to support my health. However, recently, I saw Dr Flemming and shared my nervousness on seeing a different Doctor. I am pleased to say, she was patient and very kind towards my concerns. Once again, an excellent Doctor, with great communication skills and the ability to put me at ease. Finally, a big thank you to Dr Vassallo, who recently (convinced me to go into hospital), which isn't an easy task, because I HATE hospitals. Nevertheless, her calm, kind and professional approach to a very unwell me, was, outstanding and I spent 5 days in the BRI ........ and finally, I want to give a shout out to the Receptionist, because, they don't have the easiest of jobs, but, the day I was sent into hospital, the receptionist, could obviously hear how poorly I was and although, she gave me an appointment for later that day, I received a phonecall, 10 minutes later by Dr Vassallo. A Big thank you to the Lenard team, from a very grateful patient.

Dr Vassallo is always incredibly efficient, professional, caring, and thorough. She consistently goes above and beyond, and is brilliant with both me and my two boys. We always feel listened to, supported, and in safe hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Had a medicine review and an asthma review with Mr Singh (pharmacist) today. He is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. He never rushes you and makes you feel heard. He ensures that you have a full understanding of all your medications and gives you clear current advice that relates to your situation. An amazing practitioner!

I have been to Lennard Surgery a handful of times but every single time, without fail, has been a really comfortable, friendly and reassuring experience. Not only do I find it possible to get quick appointments, even though I call and then can be in a long queue of callers but still get a same day appointment, whenever I am then at the surgery, the doctors are brilliant. They are informative and efficient but also really friendly and understanding, which is really reassuring when you have concerns over health.

Unfortunately 1star is to much for the service my wife recently received from the surgery. The receptionist MARIA was the rudest person we have ever come across, had no interest in trying to help, continued to talk over my wife and wouldn’t listen so to be able to help. Just felt like anything that my wife requested was to much as she just kept saying β€œcall tomorrow” β€œ I can’t help with that” seriously considering raising a complaint with the relevant people against this member of staff. It does amaze me how people like this get jobs dealing with the general public.

I receive a message to phone surgery about my medication . Waited over 25 minutes in cue position one, to be told I must phone back in the morning! The surgery is broken. I feel no point in phoning back, guess I wait to see if I get a call from them. Disappointed is a understatement!

Receptionist/Health Care worker (?!) practically accused me of lying when I queried why I didn't receive my 'Telephone' appointment call !! She said it was booked as a face to face appointment. I had the apt card in front of me clearly stating 'Telephone' at the top! Was then offered their so called earliest apt' for 2.5 wks time when I needed to speak to the Dr or the Pharmacist that day not 2 and a half weeks time, or alternatively to ring Tues at 8.30am when I will be working (Mon is bank holiday!) or lastly call 111. This was their error, not mine but instead of trying to rectify the mistake this is how I was treated !! Not even an apology - I'm so sick and tired of the Receptionists who think they are medically trained to assess the importance of my illness and situation.

This Doctors surgery was great before covid. With their new procedures in place around appointments I’m sure they hope that you either get well or die before you get to talk to your GP. Their ring in the morning for maybe an appointment or a phone call consultation, which by the way you must answer in 3 rings or they hang up, is not fit for purpose. They text you with instructions to ring up and book an appointment to review my medication with their Pharmacist. I have to ask myself what is the point I’ve been on the same meds for over ten years.what on earth is a Pharmacist going to tell me different he/she has no idea of my health issues, how they are progressing or deteriorating. The Lennard’s Surgery is letting down it’s patients with extremely poor management. However if you do manage to break through the restrictive system the treatment you receive is always great.

Lennard Surgery has always been poor - you cant ring anytime of the day - you always get told to ring back in the morning and then have to sit in a 30+ call queue... It's bonkers that this day in age we have to ring up to speak to a receptionist - the online is a waste of time as no appointments are ever available so you have to ring up. Just to point out the doctors themselves are great, just the surgery itself and service is appalling and its just got worse since covid.
