    Becky, one of clinicians, understood everything that was and could be going on with my body. Through a mixed methods approach of movement, cracking (not sure of correct term), breathing, acupuncture and simply being the nicest therapist ever, Becky has got me back on the path of body self awareness. As much (if not less) than a massage, my monthly check-ins are literally changing how I work and live. A total local wellbeing gem.

    Went to see Leanne with a (self diagnosed) bunion. Turns out I was completely wrong and have been putting too much stress on this part of my foot through my running style. Was delighted to find out I could be fixed as running is such a huge part of my life. Leanne was brilliant, so knowledgable and explained things in simple terms.
