I needed an urgent appointment and Helen was super helpful, replying very promptly and managing to squeeze me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. The appointment itself was a great experience very professional, thorough, and I felt fully involved in the decision-making throughout. Nothing felt rushed and everything was clearly explained. The practice is also a pleasure to visit: a beautiful building, a great open fire, and excellent coffee, which made the whole experience even better. This was my second visit, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Beard Medical Practice to others.

I received absolutely great care from Charles Bull and Dr. Henry Beard at this practice. I needed medical attention whilst on holiday and this practice/Charles/Henry were able to see me the same day. I booked easily online, I received fantastic and kind care and treatment, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
A very good experience with this practice. There was initial confusion about my request and whether the surgery could meet this but this was resolved through discussion. Practice very good at responding to feedback. They were also sensitive about meeting my needs with regards to my visual impairment. Dr Beard is very caring and professional and Helen such an efficient and kind administrator. They both work really hard to provide an excellent service and genuinely care about their Patients.
