   So much information and advice. I finally feel listened to and understood. Dr Kuki Avery was brilliant. Informative and sympathetic. I feel like a weight has been lifted and good things are happening on my menopause battle. I would highly recommend and will be as a result of my positive appointment today. I also felt that it wasnt a money making mission which i was concerned about as all advice will be forwarded to my GP to actioned via the NHS. Such a positive appointment. Ladies go for it. It will be positive, reassuring and an uplifting experience. Dr Kuki knows her stuff and will reassure you that there are solutions.

   My appointment with Dr Laura Flexer was friendly, but professional and very thorough. I have much greater knowledge of HRT and of the options available to me. My GP had indicated there was nothing more she could do to help my symptoms, which was depressing. But now, for the first time in many months, I feel empowered and hopeful, which is a huge relief and a much-needed boost to morale.

She went through my options and we planned what HRT medications to change to.
