   Yesterday, we ordered two plaice, cod, and large chips. When we got home, we saw one of the plaice was not battered properly so the fish was overcooked and dry. For £11.70 per fish, any customer would expect a lot more. We called The Grillery. The man on the phone, who served me at the shop, was extremely rude and denied all responsibility. Eventually, he said he could replace the overcooked fish if we returned it - we explained that the fish should not have been served in the first place and that we were already sat down with the children for dinner so could not return to the restaurant. When asked for his name, he was condescending and said “Grillery”. He then took a telephone order and put us on hold, after which time he hung up on us. We called back, and he kept being argumentative and was not interested in resolving the issue. Today, we took the overcooked fish back to The Grillery and got a refund. We have noticed the quality of the food has deteriorated recently but the customer service yesterday has hit a new low. That’ll be our last visit to The Grillery.

   Do not hesitate to dine or take away your Fish n Chips (mushy peas optional extra forgot to order the curry sauce …will order on my next visit) Excellent customer care freshly cut chips fresh fish and light crispy batter! Mushy peas done to perfection!! Thank you too to the staff for their excellent table/counter service polite and professional! The Grillery is exceptional clean from the outside of the building to be seated inside and the place did not smell of fish and chips and nor did my clothes when I finished my meal!! Great atmosphere and excellent value for money my fish n chips with mushy peas was scrumptious and worth every bite. Thank You to the staff; I will see and eat at The Grillery very soon.    Nice fish and chips but cash machine has (apparently) been broken for 5+ weeks and they have no idea when it will get fixed. Highly inconvenient. No apology. Poor

   Staff was great food was nice would go back my only criticism why not a four would be which was missing here I love it when some chip shops have this hard to describe yummy addictive flavour where you end up taking chip after chip in your mouth (I’m guessing to do with type of cooking oil used).

   Looked good from the outside and was advertised as a takeaway or sitting restaurant. However, for some reason, I was told they only do takeaway which was very disappointing for me as I was just droppings someone off and so q new visitor to Bromley. So I ended up eating in the car which was uncomfortable, awkward and spoilt the taste and experience. The price was rather on the expensive side almost £15 for Cod, Chips, mushy peas and tartar sauce.

   Always my place to go when getting fish and chips. Today we ordered cod, kalamari, tempura prawns, fish bites, sausage in batter and chips. Always hot and fresh even if I do collect it

   Great people, clean shop however food was a bit of a let down, ordered couple of different pieces of fish both very very bland. Not sure if it was something that had just went wrong on this specific day as other reviews are good and this is what led me here. Fish cake and battered sausage was not bad tbh.

   Very nice fish and chips place in Bromley. Nice looking , cosy interior. The restaurant is clean and very well organized. The staff is very friendly. Fish and chips are very tasty. Giving 4 stars because you have to pay for Tomato sauce. Even though it is really cheap, should've been given free of charge. I recommend this fish and chips restaurant . Thank you.
