   visited Lime Grill on Burdett Road for lunch and ordered a Meal Box 2, which included 2 grilled chicken pieces, 4 chicken tikka, 1 sheekh kebab, and 4 grilled wings. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the food. The chicken didn’t seem properly grilled it looked like it was cooked on a pan rather than over a grill. The sheekh kebab tasted precooked and not handmade, and the chicken wings didn’t appear grilled either. The chicken tikka was just okay, but overall the food wasn’t very tasty and had noticeable food colouring, which made it less appealing. I was really disappointed with the quality of the food served. However, I must say that the customer service was excellent the staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful, which I really appreciated. It’s unfortunate that the food didn’t meet expectations because the service was genuinely good. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality and authenticity of their grilled dishes in the future.

   It's a small spot for chicken and grills in general. Have affordable and quick meals up for grabs but the meals are prepared on request so you would have to wait for a few minutes. They have people trooping in and out and because its affordable and a good size, they have regular visitors. The attendants are friendly and helpful as well. Will definitely recommend because they saved me paying alot for meals. Meals are all fried though if you're on a diet.

   Unfortunately food was a huge let down. Especially as we don't often eat fast food. This was local and convenient. The chicken burger we ordered was over cooked and the chips was extremely hard. Oil probably wasn't changed in a while. However, our chicken wrap was not so bad.

   I ordered from this place on recommendation and was very disappointed. Wings were salty, chilli sauce was salty, biriyani had no flavour, grilled platter was smothered in one sauce even the sheekh kebabs! - there's really no need for that! Also too many onions with the grilled platter. I recommend they taste the food and make some changes if they want to do well. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

   For Bengali & Indian subcontinent food this restaurant is really better specially Dooner is amazing. Overall all food quality is testy & atmosphere & cleaning is good but might be better.
