This used to be a really good PFC shop, but it feels like it’s gone downhill a bit recently. Prices have noticeably gone up, while portion sizes seem to be getting smaller, which is disappointing. They’re also quite stingy with the chips, which makes the meals feel less filling for the price. The food is still okay overall, but it doesn’t quite offer the same value it used to. Not terrible, but not as good as it once was either.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star the people who work there are rude they’re argumentative for no reason. Website says open till 11:30pm but that’s lies they close at 7pm they do t care if you starve they will not make you food if they’re not bothered. I suggest this place just be closed I don’t know why they’re open.

I don’t know what I expected, but this place manages to disappoint in every possible category every time. Not as good as prime 2017-19. Food: Let’s start with the "chicken" and I use that word loosely. The wings were the worst offenders. Dry, chewy, and suspiciously funky, like they lost the will to live before they hit the fryer. Honestly, I wouldn't be shocked if they were dug up from last week’s bin. And the chips? Floppy, greasy, and emotionally unavailable. Not a single thing was redeemable. Service & Attitude: Imagine walking into a place where the staff look like you just insulted their entire family by showing up. No hello, no smile just a death stare and the energy of someone being forced to work at gunpoint. I’ve had warmer welcomes from vending machines. Ask a question, and you get an answer that makes you wish you'd just Googled it instead. Atmosphere: If the food and service didn’t finish me off, the vibes did. Sticky floors, tables that hadn't seen a cloth since the last ice age. It was like eating in a forgotten nightclub kitchen except dirtier and with less charm. Unless you're doing a dare or hate yourself a little, avoid this place like it owes you money. I left hungrier, angrier, and deeply concerned for my digestive system. It went downhill after 2019.

This place is soo dirty should be 0 hygiene rating.. Just look at the two light switches with years of grease stains on….definitely need to be shut down….now the food, got 4 chicken wings(debatable) for £2 when most places charge £1.50.. it tasted like they were cooked last week and didn’t look or taste like chicken…customer service was non existent not even a hello.

Tiny pigeon wings. 10 for a £5 too. Chicken burger was dry and chewy. Bare in mind we came here at 1330 which technically is still lunch time. The price a bit expensive, i dont mind paying if its good quality. Never again. Sorry

The chips snd chilli sauce were nice but the chicken burger was completely pink inside. When i complained they said that there's nothing they can do because all the burgers are cooked the same time. And then threw my meal away. So i responded by questioning if all their burgers were undercooked and they said "I don't know, but customers will buy them anyway." After thorough debate, the lady out front was adamant the burgers were cooked all the same, and admitted that they are undercooked. The lady out front is filthy and rude. From when we walked in and enquired about prices, she was very unwelcoming. She sneezed twice in the cooking area and didnt cover her mouth, then she wiped it with her hand and did not wash them. The tables were dirty. We had been sitting a while, and they hadn't cleaned them. And the bin was full, so there was no where for the rubbish to go. Also, the wings were dripping with grease.

Dirty place with an ignorant staff. Sauce bottles, tables are full of grease. Chicken wings I got was seems kept in the hot food display for a long time. It was very oily. Menu is also weird. Meal deals don't have a drink included. NOT RECOMMENDED.
