Horrible! Bought a chicken doner and chips and by far the worst doner I’ve ever eaten. Had a weird taste and chicken was old and chewy. Would have been better of starving! Avoid this place.
so upon ordering my food, they never processed each stage. so even after being delivered it said thank you for your order. When it came, my food was FREEZING. bare in mind it's only 2 mins away. the meat was like rubber, the chips were rock hard. i left a note saying keep the salad and sauce seperate from my meat and chips as i don't eat that, my dad does. but no. it all came as one and i spent 15 quid on something i couldn't eat. never ordering from here again. had high hopes aswell.
Delivery is absolutely pathetic, a 1h ETA, has just taken 1h45m, Can never get through on phone, constantly says unable to accept calls. when you get there all they say is we are very busy and traffic is heavy, i live withing 1.5 mile a way. what a JOKE. Stay away.....

I just bought food from this shop, and the reason I didn't take a photo of the food is because I threw it away. This shop sells unhygienic food and uses very old salad and ingredients. I do not recommend it at all.
Got fish and chips and mashed peas here, with a pie this cost around 18 pound, and if I knew the minuscule amount of chips I was given i would have brought them back. Although the fish wasn't very fresh it was ok But the mashy peas teasted like processed tin variety and runny i have never seen or tasted anything like it before, it was horrid, God knows wht I paid for them, but steer clear...Also when I ordered one male was attending to us and all of a sudden a male from the back yard came in and took over without washing his hands ✋ which was quite off putting. The interior was ok, lots and silvery decor and a couple of seats to sit and eat. The other food inside the hot plates wasn't displayed very nicely. I only stopped to get a takeaway here because we were running late but I wouldn't recommend this place, too many things that were wrong with it for me to go back.
Small, stocky, guy with a goatee beard just had a bad attitude as soon as walked in. Walked out and never been back since, you have lost years of potential business from not just myself but others who I told too this to. Hope you were the actual owner- as I see your mug at the front whenever I drive past.
PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM HERE! ITS HIGHLY UNHYGIENIC PLACE.... The guy was cleaning the hob with some spray standing in between the Doner skewer stand where we could see his body was touching the chicken and mutton doner meat. We, politely informed the other helper, it would be great if he keep the meat away from the cleaning area as the dirt remnants were falling on it. But the guy continued doing the same without giving an attention to it and literally simply ignoring it. I am worried about the people who is going to buy the doner which is exposed to the chemical spray and the debris. Is there any online food hygiene reporting site were customers can report such incidents? God only knows how the food is prepared here? Anyways not going to buy anything from here again.
