   I enjoyed the experience - friendly and efficient staff; quick turnaround and not having to wait too long (I also had a hearing test on the same afternoon at Specsavers so it made best use of my time); the optician was very thorough and I was processed efficiently and in time for my audiology appointment; the audiologist was also friendly, efficient and knowledgable. A little bit cramped in the customer waiting area which is each side of the access passage to the consulting rooms - just had to keep my feet well tucked under the seat. To be fair, the was a customer with a dog and 2 mothers with their children in the same area.

   Just had an eye test at this store, and I am delighted.The place is spotlessly clean and the term all work very efficiently together, this is so nice to see and it makes the whole atmosphere feel relaxed and reassuring. I was greeted by Tom who was really pleasant and professional, he did all my preliminary tests including the scan and was kind and patient throughout, as indeed was the optician who completed my eye test,she explained everything to me and I had the best eye test I have ever had, and I have had a fair few. This was the first time I have used Specsavers and I will be back every year, I cannot recommend the shop and the whole team highly enough 5⭐s all round guys, thank you and well done.

   The team at Spec Savers were very detailed and friendly. From the time i got there to when i left, i was attended to warmly. They were very patient, answered all my questions and most importantly, the helped with a detailed explanation of my OCT scan. If that does not warrant a 10/10, i honestly don't know what is. I am extremely satisfied and i am confident a lot of visitors feel the same way.

   Had a new frame and lenses a couple of weeks ago. Popped into the store today to point out that the lenses did not seem set correctly. The person who served me was, by chance, the manager. She immediately agreed that the fitting was not right and, literally within five minutes, my lenses were put in a new frame and they were completely comfortable. I was delighted with the efficiency and pleasantness of both manager and store. Thank you for excellent service.

   I had an optical scan today plus an eye test. My eyes have been uncomfortable for a few months, and I came away with ideas for home treating them. Having tried these out tonight - heat on my eyes, drops, cleanser, I feel better, and relieved it's easily treatable. Thankyou Specsavers team.
