Amazing experience at TGI Fridays – Wembley! The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktails were perfect. The restaurant was very clean with a professional atmosphere and beautiful American‑style nostalgic dΓ©cor. The staff were friendly, attentive, and truly welcoming, and the management was excellent. This is an American‑style restaurant, and the atmosphere truly reflects that. Wishing you all a wonderful and successful New Year 2026. Highly recommended!

After a late evening in the Stadium we decided to have a serious breakfast before setting off for the journey home. TGIs was local and online menu had some unusual combinations so we headed there. We waited for them to open so were first in (hence the lower atmosphere score). Once in, great welcome, quick service on drinks - food was a little slower but genuinely delicious when it arrived. Service was super - 1 chap (Luis i think) manning the whole place, joined in with our laughter and silly conversations but also kept his eye on the needs, offering more drinks when he spotted an empty cup etc. We would visit again.

Shockingly bad. The restaurant has seen better days. Furniture and cutlery look tired when not plainly dirty. Seats are full of dirt and looks like they haven't been cleaned in ages. The food is ok at best. The burgers have dry buns and onion and do not look appetising at all. Kids portions are reasonable. Service is pretty slow and they seem disinterested in serving you. Once they serve you, the staff was nice but once they are gone, no questions about your food or drinks, you have to chase them. Expensive for the quality of the food.

Steak had cajun rub on it, when asked if if contained paprika was told no, but to try it, i explained if i eat paprika it causes me severe stomach pains but upon a Google search it did indeed contain paprika so they took it back to recook it, also the burger ordered was burnt in places and the lettuce on top was going off, and had brown bits on it and was rubbery, the steak came back, was grisaly and tasted like cheap quality (ive had better steaks in wetherspoons) the chips were also cold. Complained and was given 25 percent off then I used a voucher and they took the 25 percent off back. My partner has also been ill today with a dodgy tummy after eating there. Id avoid this place altogether. Its a shame as tgi's used to be so good.

Paula F was an absolute star, her smile is amazing and she is helpful. We had an event menu on so food was limited.

Haven’t been to TGI Friday in years, but they still get it. I had the ultimate ribs with Jack Daniels sauce, fries, sweetcorn, coleslaw and onion rings. The meat fell off the born, super tender. The onion rings were crispy and seasoned to perfection. I was a little disappointed there wasn’t a lunch menu. Definitely going back to partake in a cocktail or two. Couldn’t this visit, I was driving.

I was fearing the worst ...but actually I really enjoyed this relic of the 90s which has kept up really good standard of quick food fare. Staff were very good - friendly- and quick. The food was box standard burgers and fries ..but tasty and not over done or too saucy. Definitely worth a trip if you are in the area

The food was not bad. Full "full ribs" Β£20,75.. The service, one of waitress was rude and arrogant. Also, as far as we understood, there was a misunderstanding regarding the payment of the bill from another customer. Manager with waiter try to find out next to us this issues. This not professional and disrespect for customers. Not only that, but they also ask if we don't take money from the next table. Finaly find out what happen, one of the waitresses made a "joke" for manager and took the money from the table. All anothers waiters was friendly. Not back again to this place.

We were served by Chenaii, we had a great time. It wasn't busy and we sat at the quieter part of the restaurant. Comfortable seats, nice ambience with lovely staff. Very pleasant experience indeed.

My go-to food has always been the TGI's sesame chicken, and this place didn't fail to deliver. It was amazing! The burger was top notch too, great price for everything. Wish the waitress/waiters was a bit more attentive though. Definitely recommend giving the sesame chicken a go if you've never had it before!
