   Our daughter started Pippa's house in July, at 9 months old. The staff have been incredibly supportive with settling her in and also reassuring us that she is ok. We love how confident they have been with her and we can see how well they know her now. As we can see from the app, she clearly enjoys the activities and the meals provided! We love seeing photos of her throughout the day and have really noticed her development progress since starting nursery. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Pippa's house Guildford and would highly recommend to anyone considering this nursery.

   My wife and I have been very happy since our little boy joined Pippas House in Guidlford since he was 1 year old. The nursery have really met our expectations. We have seen how well they are taking care of our boy, the good quality meals they provide, the development games and general activities. Is good to have a nursery like this so well located at Guildford town

   Excellent experience. My son has been at Pippa’s House since he was 8 months (now 2) and he’s loved it, forming a great bond with several members of staff. We were nervous as he has a severe milk allergy but the nursery team have been superb with it and filled us with confidence. Great to get the regular updates throughout the day on the app, particularly the photos. Always get a helpful handover at pick up. Would definitely recommend.

   We’re really happy with how our son has settled into Pippa’s House. The staff are all lovely and we’re really pleased with the variety of activities he’s doing even at such a young age, including opportunities for play outside, crafts, messy play and free play. Always impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and that the toys out are rotated regularly and of such nice quality.

   We are absolutely delighted with Pippa’s House Guildford. Our son started in February and he loves it! The nursery staff are lovely and it is such a comfort to know he is in such safe hands. They do amazing activities with the children- lots of messy play and themed fun. We have already signed up his little sister to start in early 2025, as we are so happy with the nursery. Thank you Pippa’s!

   My daughter has had her settling in sessions this week and I couldn't be more happy. Belen and Joana in the baby room are amazing; its great to see my daughter so happy with then already and how quickly they've become familiar with my daughter's habits and personality. Amelia the manager has responded to every one of my gazillion queries almost instantly with such kindness, even taking time to pop in on her day off to make sure we were okay. Every interaction with staff members has been excellent and everyone has gone above and beyond to make sure we both have felt welcomed and supported. The app is so detailed and I get to see exactly what she's got up to throughout the day. As a first-time mum I definitely felt anxious about the transition to nursery but PHN Guildford has erased all of my concerns with ease. I'm excited to see my daughter's world expand under the care of this lovely team.

   I moved my twins to PHN when it opened in January 2022 after a horrendous experience at another Guildford nursery. The staff at PHN have worked so hard to settle my pair, especially my traumatised son, and get them ready for school. My twins started school this week and I am so happy about the 8 months they had at PHN to get them ready. The preschool room is extremely well equipped and they get to practice with the type of technology they will find at school, making the transition much easier. I can’t recommend this nursery more highly.

   What can I say about Pippa's - having sent my baby to a childminder at 11 months old and sadly had a bad experience within the first two weeks, we needed to come up with a plan B quickly and Pippa's saved the day! I was very apprehensive at first as my first experience of childcare had now made me really nervous. However, from the moment I stepped foot into the nursery for the tour given by Alex, I felt that this is exactly the place I wanted my baby to be. The admin team (Chelsey) and Amelia who is the manager for Guildford went above and beyond to ensure all my documents and registration forms were dealt with promptly so that we could get baby started ASAP as they knew we had urgency to get this sorted. I was present for one of the settling in sessions and Belen and the rest of the team are outstanding. Fun, interactive, empathetic, imaginative, patient and so on. My son has been with Pippa's now for just over two months and he has come on leaps and bounds, there are no more tears at drop off's, he is so happy (of course when he's not having his infamous tea time tantrums which is work in progress...) and it's great to get the updates on the app about what he's doing with his day and to see photos of the various activities he gets up too as well as the daily chats at the end of the day with his key helpers. Thank you to everyone at Pippa's House Guildford, i'm so glad we found you!

   A lovely, bright and spacious day nursery with amazing resources and opportunities for the children. 2 lovely gardens for different age groups with beautiful garden resources. Very lovely and welcoming staff who are very clearly passionate about their roles. Daily updates are provided on an online portal so you get instant notifications when something has been added which really helps to make you feel better when thinking about how your child is doing.
