   Since joining the nursery we have always felt it was a wonderful place for our child. The team working there are super lovely. A big plus is that it's a small nursery, so the team get to know all the children, which makes it easier when they transition rooms etc they host lovley events for special occasions through the year and each quarter conduct a wonderful progress meeting for each child. The outdoor spaces are lovely and they also have their own allotment.

   We couldn’t be happier with Brooke House Nursery and the wonderful care our daughter receives here. From the moment she started, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in her development. She is excited to go in every morning and always comes home full of stories about the fun activities she’s done and the new things she’s learned. The nursery has a lovely nurturing environment that feels like a home away from home, while still providing great structure and opportunities for learning through play. Communication with parents is excellent too – we always feel informed and reassured about her progress and daily experiences. It’s clear how much effort the whole team puts into creating a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for the children. We are so grateful to have found Brooke House Nursery and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

   The most fantastic nursery! The staff are so lovely and truly took great care of our daughter. She has attended three nurseries, and Brook House is head and shoulders above the rest. The variety of activities, trips, and fun experiences they provide is outstanding. She would be excited every day to go in and to see her teachers and friends. Highly recommend

   Since joining the nursery, we’ve seen such a positive change in our child’s development — not only in learning but also socially and emotionally. The staff are incredibly nurturing and attentive, always making the children feel safe, valued, and encouraged. Communication with parents is excellent; we always feel informed and involved in our child’s progress and daily activities. The learning environment is bright, engaging, and well-organized, with a great mix of structured learning and free play. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about each child’s individual needs and happiness. We’re really grateful to have found a setting that feels like a second home.

   If you are thinking about joining Brook House, don’t hesitate - just do it! The staff are brilliant and will show your child so much love and care whilst ensuring the highest of standards of professionalism in terms of their safety, well-being and learning. The nursery is homely, friendly and small - you will get to know the other children and parents and all the staff, and feel like part of a community. We also loved that the ethos at Brook House is to support the children to learn about the world around them through creative, imaginative and messy play, and that everything is child-led. Our son had a blast and came away after 3.5 years with all the skills and learning foundations that he needed to walk confidently in to school. We could not have been happier!

   Our daughter has been going to Brook House since she was 9 months old and loved it from day one. We could not be happier with our choice. The staff are fantastic, the atmosphere at the nursery is super friendly, positive and cosy, like a big family. They have a lovely garden and their own allotment, so the children get to spend lots of time outside to play and get fresh air. Would totally recommend it to other parents!

   We regard this nursery so highly we sent all three of our children to Brook House. We've seen changes in the management over the years but the continuity of care always remains. Covid presented so many challenges but the staff stepped up and supported the families wherever they could. Not reopening on Fridays was initially difficult but happily they provide the full 5 days again. The team has evolved over time but there are stalwarts within this that truly know children and their needs. I've never felt my children were safer, adequately stimulated and entertained more than with the BH crew. We truly cannot recommend them enough. We do understand there may be concerns with the (at times) busy road beside the nursery but this has never been an issue for us. Once the children are inside, you'd never know!

   I can’t rate this place highly enough. Our daughter went here from 10 months and we couldn’t have found a more complete nursery. Our daughters development over the years was strengthened by the amazing care and attention by all at Brook House Nursery. The facilities are amazing and all the staff are experienced and super friendly. It was like leaving a friend on our daughters last day. A special mention to Sue, Sophie and Dominika.

   This is a wonderful nursery! The setting is homely and the staff are dedicated, knowledgeable and very caring. My daughter was in the Pre-school room for 18 months and has been given all the tools she needs to start school with ease. I am often amazed by the wonderful artwork she brings home and she loves all the special activities such as ballet, music lessons and visiting the nursery's allotment. The staff have always been quick to react to any concern I have and produce a monthly newsletter to keep parents up to date with future plans. They do everything they can to inspire the children, e.g. this Spring they hatched chicks and the year before they hatched butterflies. It's been clear from the offset that to staff it's a vocation and not just a job. I could not have left my child in safer hands.
