   I am so very happy that I have found this agency. It is a very professional agency, but at the same time they are very kind and helpful to their nannies. This is the first time in many years that I have wanted to find work through an agency, and I have had a very wonderful experience with Ana Wall who was my consultant. She was not only extremely kind and helpful but very professional in her approach. Not all agencies are the same. I have contacted quite a few before I made up my mind and that there are very few agencies who are are not condescending, or rude to their applicants. Ana was so lovely, kind and welcoming from our very first conversation, and made me feel that I was with the right agency.    Truly, it has been a pleasure working with Katerina, who got in touch with me after I applied for a job that was on the website. Since that point, Katerina was very efficient and helpful. It was smooth sailing from the start as I felt at ease communicating with Katerina to ask questions and to have my questions answered. Katerina always got back to me as and when I contacted her and was prompt in dealing with my queries. She was good at what she did and touched base with me often and made me feel relaxed when I was interviewed. She was very professional with her approach , I couldn’t fault her in anyway regarding her professional manner and the standard of the service that I received.    What can I say about Francesca. She's a very warm person and easy to talk to whilst highly professional at the same time. She helped me through the recruitment process and set my profile up very quickly so I was able to immediately apply for jobs. You can rely on Francesca to respond to your query immediately and nothing seems too much trouble for her. I already feel like I've known her for ages and feel part of the family at myTamarin.
