   My daughter started a few months ago and she’s really enjoying going to nursery and we can see her learning new things regularly. She has a great bond with her key worker and we’re kept up to date on how she’s doing - whether it’s her food or learning something new. It’s great to see regular observations on the app - which we can share with family as well.

   My son attended this nursery a few years ago, and overall we found it to be a warm and caring environment. The carers, in particular Marjan and Forida, were fantastic and we always felt they looked after the children with kindness and dedication. That said, one serious incident has stayed with us. My son had a bad fall in the classroom which resulted in a deep cut on his cheek. We were advised that he needed stitches, and unfortunately it has left a lasting scar. Naturally, we wanted to understand how such a severe injury had occurred, so we asked to view the video footage. Instead of openness, we were met with a defensive response from management, who said, “you might sue us.” After several emails back and forth, we were eventually shown only a very short three-second clip of the fall which excluded preceding events. It has taken me some time to write this review because, while the nursery offered a generally lovely atmosphere, that experience left us questioning the management’s priorities. Rather than focusing on understanding what happened and ensuring measures were put in place to prevent similar accidents in the future, the emphasis seemed to be on protecting the nursery from potential legal action—which was not something we had considered unless there was clear negligence.

   Our experience with Bright Little Stars Nursery in Stanmore has been absolutely wonderful. Our 3-year-old has thrived in every room—from Milky Way to Orion, and now Supernova. Each transition has been smooth, and the care provided has been consistently excellent. The staff are brilliant—engaged, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. Communication with parents is strong, and we always feel informed and supported. The keyworkers in particular deserve special thanks for their dedication, warmth, and personalised attention. We’re truly happy with the level of care, support, and nurturing environment the nursery provides. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for your amazing work—you make a real difference every day!    Great nursery. My little one has been there since 9 months old, he struggled to settle however staff were amazing with him and so patient. He's now 2 years old and he absolutely loves going to nursery. He enjoys the brilliant extra curricular activities they have. He's made loads of friends and has the most sweetest relationship with his key worker and staff at the nursery. Management are super helpful and will do the most to help. Lorna is extremely knowledgeable and definitely the go to person to start your journey with BLS!

   My daughter has been attending Stanmore BLS since last Sept and she loves the carers, other kids and the Milkyway room itself. She tells is what she played with on a nursery day, how she put her coat on/off etc. She has a lovely rapport with her key worker and all other carers too. She gets excited at the mention of Nursery! She is soon moving up to Orion and the team have arranged frequent visits to the room in advance so she settles easier - she seems to love the new room and I can see from the room visit that she will have a play-adventure everyday. Also happy with the webinars and learning resources BLS offer - I just attended the potty webinar this week and on the back of that we will soon be ready to implement the tools and advice to our daughter.

   My wife and I couldn't be happier with BLS Stanmore. Our daughter started once she was one and she loves going to nursery every morning. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, and always go above and beyond with the children.

   My son started attending the Stanmore branch at the beginning of July this year and I couldnt be happier with our choice. It took him a little while to settle in but even through the settling process I felt reassured by the caring staff, that have gone above and beyond, making the whole process smooth. I knew that he was well looked after. Now he runs in every morning, happy and sometimes at the end of his session, he doesnt want to leave. I highly recommend this nursery!!!

   My daughter loves this nursery. She is very well looked after and staff go out of their way to meet every child’s needs. She feels at home and often doesn’t want to come home! All the staff are very caring and affectionate.

   Bright Little Stars Stanmore is a perfect choice for the nursery for our daughter. She's absolutely loving it there. Always so happy to leave home, knowing she's going to be playing with her favourite teacher, Vilas. Also, many, many thanks to the Chef, Joanna, who found time to help my baby to settle in the thirst weeks. The level of care and education is exceptional, by far has exceeded our expectations. We could not have chosen a better place for our little star! Thank you to everyone at BLS!
