Our little girl loved going to N Family London Fields from week 1 onwards. She clearly has a great connection with the kind and caring staff, and feels safe and comfortable to be herself. As parents, we always get a warm welcome and feel confident to leave our baby girl in the hands of the professionals at N.

We absolutely love N Family Club - London Fields! Even though it's not the closest nursery to us, we happily make the journey because of the excellent and diverse curriculum they offer. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful in answering all our questions. The room manager took the time to really get to know our son and the whole team made a genuine effort to help him settle in smoothly. The app is also a fantastic bonus – it's user-friendly and regularly updated with lovely photos, which makes us feel connected to his day. Couldn't recommend it more!
Review for WHETSTONE Nursery I visited the Whetsone and West Hampstead Nurseries. They all had the same interiors, however, N Family uses plastic grass in their outside spaces. In this terrible heat, plastic grass becomes scalding hot and burns. In addition, there are NO REAL plants anywhere in the gardens. At Whetsone, there was not a tree or shrub or a log for the kids to climb or even a blade of real grass anywhere. The children looked bored and unstimulated - when one little child sat half-heartedly on a trike in the burning heat, a bored minder quickly snapped a pic on the Ipad so the parents would think the child had fun. He sat there staring into space for a long time - the staff were bored. There were loads of rooms at Whetstone that were laid out with nice toys and maps, but the children were NEVER allowed in these rooms. They were penned into one room all the time, like animals in small cages. These nurseries seemed plastic and fake to me and I did not want to send my child there.
Professional, warm, kind and caring staff with incredible facilities and an envious menu prepared by the onsite chefs. I couldn't recommend more!
We've had an absolutely superb experience with this nursery. From the very beginning the management team has been clear and positive, the teachers have been great at communicating information, and our daughter is happy and growing in confidence. Very clean, and a happy place. Highly recommended!
Professional, friendly, warm and safe place with up to date equipment. Great roof playground. The educators are the best, they care and listen. We could not have made a better choice!
