   Initially I must say I was quite skeptical about using any contact center to finally meet my child who I had not seen for a year! There were lots of emotions running through my mind, on one hand I was questioning why I was being made to use such a service, on the other hand I was extremely nervous at meeting my son, "what will he be like" , "I will be watched every second of our contact". However when I first arrived I was greeted by friendly welcoming staff, who seemed quite relaxed, they made it a point to let me know that they were only there to facilitate the contact, this put me at a lot of ease! I used c4f Watford services for a couple of months, mine and my child's experience was very positive! It was decided by the courts that a contact center was no longer required, me and my child both were very happy to be able to move forward with our relationship, however we still have a place in our heart for all the staff at c4f Watford! Thank you so much guys! For any mother or father reading my review, I appreciate you will be nervous and have the same thoughts as I did however please give these guys a chance, they are fair and honest! All the best

   C4F has been such great help in our situation. With something like this that’s already very stressful as it is they have made sure that all throughout we have felt very supported and understood. If there are any issues they are always there to help and find the best solution. All the staff are very friendly and manager Sam is the best, I would recommend C4F to anyone who is looking for contact center.

While they have no involvement in court proceedings, their role in facilitating contact between me and my children has been vital. From the very first session, the team at C4F showed empathy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment. They don’t just supervise, they care. And at a time when I felt emotionally drained by separation and delays, they helped me focus on what mattered most: rebuilding trust and reconnecting with my children. C4F plays a crucial role for families in transition, and I’m truly grateful for their support. I have attended Caring Dads course delivered by Sam and Ladio and it really brought a great understanding for a better parenting child centred.

   I can’t recommend this contact centre enough, the staff are truly amazing. I was really nervous the first time I came, but Nicki immediately made me feel at ease. From that moment, it was clear that the whole team, Sam, Nicki, Kim, Lucy, Morgan and Harry, genuinely care about the people who come here. They’re not just professional, they’re kind, patient, and supportive. And for the kids they have every toy imaginable for all ages, tons of books and an excellent garden area too. Their communication is excellent and they have loads of extra services they can direct you towards for all kinds of help.

   Sam and staff are very friendly, highly professional going a long way to create a comfortable atmosphere . They were great with my son and I. Lots of superhero's toys to play with. The garden has a lot of games and activities for children. I travelled from Woking to the CF4 CIC centre , even though other centres were closer . Nothing I felt came close to the warmth , kindness and understanding that has been shown by Sam and her team. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

   I can’t recommend Sam and her team at C4F enough for all their wonderful job they do at the contact centre. The whole staff is friendly and easy to work with and they make sure everyone is feeling welcome and comfortable. The centre has a lot to offer in terms of play and activities for the kids and has a super garden to use on a sunny day. My children had a great fun and were super excited to go there and spend some time and I’m truly grateful for all the help and support we got from the team.

   Well where do I start with this fantastic centre and staff. From Day 1 when I contacted C4F they have been so helpful, kind and informative. Sam, Leanne and the Team are incredible at what they do and make you feel so welcome and interact with parents and children. The centre has a few different rooms and caters for children of all ages from little ones up to teenagers. They also make the children feel that the centre is a safe place to be with non-resident parent and a fun place to be. Lots of activities for parents and children from toys to board games and they have a garden for when the weather is good. Anyone thinking they should not contact a centre for any reason should not hesitate to contact C4F. I highly recommend them. ☺️

   A truly lovely,safe, happy place to see your child. The staff are absolutely wonderful and gave our son the first positive experience in being able.to see his son after 6 months. There is so much to do, there are great toys to play with inside and outside. The playroom is bright and inviting and there is a wide variety of toys for children of all ages. Sam and her staff provide a very happy place for parents that are having difficulties to spend time with their children, the staff are all very kind and welcoming. Sam in particular who has helped and given help and guidance for our family.
