    Good location to get into town, but the noise coming from clubs and various places: Lakota and the Blue moon is horrific. Every weekend all weekend, all through the day and night. The lift is constantly broken which means using the stairs. Have come across multiple drug users using the corridors as places to sleep/get their fix. As a lone female I do not feel safe entering or exiting the building for fear of what I have and possibly could come across. Not safe.

    Location is good for public transport and the city. But the place is poorly managed by "Hillcrest estate management" who insist on not caring about the place 8.30am fire alarms every week, a caretaker that doesn't take care his idea of cleaning is spray bottle even for the urine on Charles Street entrance, oh yes every weekend expect the use of the entrances of the building to be used as a toilet. The management company took away the old intercom system and wasted lots of money when there was nothing wrong before complete waste of money. Pigeons everywhere the seagulls are something else nesting up on the roofs constant noise no effort to use pest control and bird mess is a constant burden. Mail is not secure here expect anxious time when you have mail delivered as the people on the ground floor DSS housing steal the mail. The area is very challenging with the local drug users and aggressive homeless people on the street they try to access the property regularly to seek shelter. At the end of the day this is city living here but the management company are ultimately to blame.
