Max Williams (building manager) is rude and patronising to say the least. Noisy pipes, thin walls and overpriced. Parcels always going missing and left out in communal areas.
Lived here for 2 years in a studio flat with my partner and our dog. Very well built with good use of space, lots of storage even in a studio flat. Friendly and helpful staff. Communal areas always well kept. The flat did have quite a significant overheating problem though. The massive windows create an intense greenhouse effect when the sun is out, so from roughly April-August it was just too hot a lot of the time. It wasn’t just us being over sensitive either, everyone we had over would mention how hot it was. My partner worked from home and it was quite suffocating. I looked into it and if the flat were built today, the window-to-floorspace ratio would not meet current guidelines. Also worth mentioning that although the staff are great, the landlord is typical, don't expect any flexibility, and do expect the rent to be hiked up every year.
Great place to live, central location, friendly staff. Facilities are of a high standard. Zsofi has been very accoodating throughout the application process through to the end of my lease. Always friendly and willing to go the extra mile to resolve any issues. Strongly recommend the accommodation to any professionals relocating to Bristol
Modern building, great amenities. The site team is very helpful when you need assistance. Special thanks to Zsofi who was really helpful with the tenancy set up and at every step of the process. 100% recommend living here. A stepping machine would be a great addition to the gym
I had an amazing stay at Castle Park View. The building is exceptionally clean, well-managed, and offers a fantastic living experience. The team is outstanding friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to Max, Zsofie, and Marie for their incredible support and kindness. Also, my love for wall climbing began here, thanks to the building having the tallest climbing wall. I’ll truly miss this place!
Only writing this review because we haven’t heard anything from management. Unbelievable how bad Castle Park View is. It’s hard to sum up in a few words how much is wrong with this building. We've lived here since the opening and it is issue after issue here. From dodgy utility company to mid-sold services, the incompetence of the building is incredible. The issues we’ve raised with management and Savills have not been resolved and we are told the response from the landlords is they don’t care. All I can say is don’t fall for the shiny website facade or the mis-leading letting agents. If you’re looking for a rented building like this there are way better options in Bristol then Castle Park View.
It's like living in a boutique hotel, the team are great and the building is amazing!

Brilliant use of brownfield site to provide 375 flats for high quality rental and affordable housing for Bristol..looks great and brings life into the heart of the city..
