Excellent well appointed studio apartment in Bristol, with a lift. Easy check in with codes texted before arrival. Easy to find next to Brewdog yet lovely and quiet due to cul de sac location. So near to town attractions. Great open plan apartment with comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Easy to access and communicate with staff. Apartments were very clean and spacious. Multiple fans were already provided for the heat which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Strange management setup. Stayed here through AirBnB and the host really didnt want anything to do with you - still dont really know who my host was. the building's alright though I suppose but the central area on the ground floor is grubby as hell. Its well situated but near a few bars and has low/no sound proofing. There ISNT any info to help you other than a mysterious number on a wall. I decided to call it and hope it was a helpline - I guess it was - some guy who sounded like he was watching TV kinda knew what I was talking about and game me a couple of codes to get in... they were wrong. Got there in the end after he gave me new ones. They seemed hassled by the call. Just stay in a hotel it's nicer and cheaper.

Stayed here for five weeks in a one bedroom apartment (number 10). We had a lovely view out over the river from the living area, and the bedroom faced the back of the building so was nice and quiet. The facilities are great - you don't need to bring anything with you - but if you're staying for more than a week you don't always get top ups on items like washing tablets and loo roll. We were able to bring our dog with us which was great, however we booked for her to be in day care on the day we requested for our weekly clean, and then found that a few times the clean didn't happen which was a faff to rearrange and sort out further day care for the dog. Other negatives: emails weren't always responded to, the carpets are well worn and need changing (there were stains and tears in ours) and the lift is super tiny which may be scary for people with claustrophobia. Apart from that I would recommend this set of apartments, and also if you have a car the Rackhay carpark is very close and super cheap - find it on Just Park.

We loved our stay in this great studio apartment. It is situated at the bank of the river Avon and very close to the city centre (8 mins). There are lots of pubs and bars around it. We also loved a beautiful park at the back of the apartment. Finding the hotel was not a difficult task but I haven't seen SACO in their name plate, it is actually 'Cove West India House' (name plate is very posh but not easily visible) . At the entrance we have to call to the phone number to enter the building and then collected our room key from the secure box (password provided). Tho whole process took 2 minutes and without any need to meet anyone. It was a big one bedroom (neat and clean) flat with open plan kitchen. The toilet plus shower room was also spacious. All the essential items and equipments were very good and up to the standard considering the price. It was easy to go to Tesco and buy some produce and groceries items to make our lunch. The bed was comfortable and the room temperature was right. We had a great night sleep after a busy day. In the next day we checked out at 11 am and left the key in the 'return keys' box. In this whole process we did not see anyone from the hotel. Our short stay in this lovely hotel is very satisfactory and we will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my stay at the SACO Bristol - West India House. Great location, spacious apartment, and Rob was a pleasure to work with. The only drawbacks to the apartment were I did not have a dishwasher, and the birds can be very loud in the early morning. Obviously very minor things. Overall very nice!

This was a great apartment and did the job perfectly. I was working in Bristol and needed space, convenience. The flat was very well equipped and comfortable. Very pleasant surprise to find cleaning products, and tea/coffee fridge provisions. Negatives: furniture a bit flimsy especially the dining room table. Flat quite stuffy, almost smelly when I arrived - needed to keep windows open to stop it smelling musty. Carpet quite dirty. Also the area is very noisy. I am a good sleeper but I was woken more than once every night by a combination of seagulls, party carousing, sirens etc. Cleaner came in one day without prior arrangement. I thought we were supposed to be notified of when they would come in? I broke a glass and badly burned a pan. Please let me know how much I owe you for replacements. Many thanks for the experience - ti was great.
